I forgot to use a promo code when I checked out. Emailed them, and they gave me back the difference right away. No fuss!

Purchased a nag eliminator. I installed it and it did nothing. Contacted support. They requested videos of the installation and operation which I provided. They suggested I wear sunglasses, since my car has an interior camera. I tried that and it made no difference. I requested a refund and they disappeared. $130 down the drain.
Also left a review on their store site which they didn't post.

I only wanted to order the product (a starlink cable) if their delivery time was fast as I needed it for work and could have driven 2 hours to get one instead. They don’t tell you the delivery time when you make your order. So I made the order and then immediately contacted them to tell them if they couldn’t deliver it within a few days, I wanted to cancel my order. I was ignored for a week and then told that it had already been shipped! I told them that I no longer wanted the item and wanted to return it and they said it could not be returned. They are a very bad company!

The website looks nice, the products look nice but that’s where it all stops. The quality of the car mats that I purchased are shockingly poor - I had paid a premium price for a supposedly premium product - they were rubber mats for my Tesla Model X - what arrived was a box that had been sellotaped by numerous customers, the box looked like it had been around the world multiple times, there were rows and rows of physical Chinese postage stamps on the box (at least 80!) and the product was more plastic than premium rubber. Most of the reviews they have received are fake - they have paid for someone to write these. The returns process is a joke and they will find any excuse possible not to refund your order. There is also a 20% restocking fee, which for a very poor product is a joke! STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…

They say they accept returns of new/unsed items for any reason. But nothing could really be further from the truth. I ordered 3 items for my Tesla and decided that one of the items (a sunglasses case) did not work out with another accessory I had. I contacted them and asked for the address for returns. I was aware that I'd need to pay for the return shipping.

And the games began. First, they ignored several emails and calls. When I said I planned to refuse the credit card charge, they engaged. But not in a helpful way. They asked me if it was new and unused, and I said yes. They asked me to send photos, which I did, to show that fact. I asked again for the return address/info. They said that I should give the item to a freind instaed of returning it. And they tried to make suggestions for making it fit better with the other accessories. When I told them I wasn't interested in solutions and just wanted to return the item, they offered me a small purchase credit instead of a refund. When I again asked for a return and a refund, they told me it wasn't a good idea, and said they'd need to charge me a 20% restocking fee and then told me that the item had made the order get shipped to me for free, and they'd also need to retroactively charge me for shipping on the whole order. It was just comical how they simply would not offer any solution that was a straight refund and return, even with me paying for return shipping.

Don't do business with these folks, as they act like a criminal enterprise. Their return policy is that they won't give you jack for a return, even for a new/unused item.

I bought a pad for my Tesla model three Highland frunk and the company says the shipping times to the United States take anywhere from 7 to 15 days. I ordered my item on October 28 and it’s now November 17 and my order has not even left China. The company does not put on their website that they are dropped shipping straight from China either. I’ve reached out to their customer service and they do not have customer service. The phone number they list for their customer service is a disconnected number. And their customer service is pretty much nonexistent. Beware of this company as so far it seems very much like a scam on this order and my past order as well

I purchased a sunglass holder for a tesla model Alcantara style.
The quality was terrible. they basically bought a cheap case and hot glues the leather on to it. it actually cover the taps so it was to thick to mount. It damaged my car. Customer support is terrible.

Saved my wheels. Great product, great for protecting my wheels from wear and tear.

I ordered over $700 of blue interior for my Tesla. The parts were nice I placed another order for 2 small pieces more but ordered the wrong blue. I asked them if I could return it as soon as I got it. They said give it to a friend We will give you 1/2 off for to reorder the correct pieces. What kind of 30 day guarantee is that. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Ordered Rim Protectors and still waiting for delivery. I tried emailing support - no response. Their CS phone number is fake. There is no phone support. Don’t give your $ to EVAAM!!!

I bought rim protectors from them. The ones that are a bunch olof individual pieces that you apply 1 piece at a time. The most ingenious invention for this issue ever! As their older curb protectors which also was pretty good...once you damaged it you would have to replace the whole thing. So I bought four and 2 extras one for the front and one for the back. You have to do an eye check every now and again...especially before a auto car wash as some pieces can lossen especially after traveling over rough roads. It takes a long time to ship but that is to be expected based on where they ship from. They responded to my emails within 2 days. I have been buying from them off and on over the last year.

They have a huge selection of Tesla accessories, often not available on other sites, and great prices.

My experience with EVAAM's customer service team was exceptional. I had some packages that were lost/stolen, and they were responsive, and incredibly helpful, in the recovery of those items. They brought a human component to our exchanges, and I felt incredibly taken care of throughout the whole process. This is not commonplace in today's e-commerce companies, especially one of this size and scope.
They have a lifelong customer in me.

The service was very helpfuul and very respecrfull to all what i wanted.
Even to i was a little bit uncomfortable ro talk to they respekt me and give me the best customer service i can ask for.

I've made several after-market purchases from Evaam for my two Tesla's this year and have found the parts to be as advertised: high quality, attractive and easy to install.

I've received many compliments about my rims and keep one of the shipping labels in my vehicles for people who ask where i got them.

Considering the 12-hr. time difference with eastern USA, their client service is very responsive. I find that, if you are patient, they bend over backwards to make sure your issue is resolved.

I highly recommend this company.
