I have also I think been conned. I ordered a bag in February buy one get one free. They have still not arrived in April, 2 months later. I have had 2 email responses saying they have been delayed but I’m now feeling they are not coming and never were.

Ordered travel bags on 17th Feb, chased twice now and cannot refund as order has shipped but can’t tell me when it will be delivered. I’ve alerted my bank now so hopefully this will end the matter. So disappointed that I don’t have the lovely bag and that I fell for this scam. If it’s too good to be true….

Ordered 4 Travel Bags from this company on 17-02-2023 and paid around £50. Apparently my order has been shipped but still have not recieved it. On emailing the company was told they were looking into it. Then told parcel had been mislaid in Sorting Office in Paris and that was 14 days ago. Asked for refund and they have refused to give me one.
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE GOODS TO SELL AND ARE TAKING MONEY OFF OF INNOCENT PEOPLE. THEU NEED TO BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

After waiting 6 weeks with no tracking info and canned response emails I charged back my purchase

A 1 star review is to good for this company. Ordered the buy one get one free bag 6 weeks ago. The company keep saying that it has shipped. They can’t give a refund since it has been shipped. The tracking number does not work. This company is a Scam!!!

Same emails about delay in shipping but bags are safe been waiting since Feb now. They won't give refund worst company going. They won't reply to emails now. Totally scam company don't order from them.

Have not received my order of 2-14-23. Paid $71.22 for 3 sets of buy one get one bags. They sent email stating shipped, but still showing waiting to be picked up on tracking. I contacted PayPal for refund. Received and email from PayPal stating this company offered me a "partial refund" of $10.21 to resolve the claim. I refused their offer and have requested a total refund of the full amount I paid.

Ordered bag, Website indicates 2-4 days processing and then 1-2 days tracked shipping. 34 days later, I have received nothing, never even received a shipping update. Initial tracking info was for China Post from a year earlier. Complete SCAM. Just offered me a refund of 40%(after I disputed with PayPal), I have not received anything. They need to refund everything. BEWARE

Zero stars if possible. Ordered one bag, get one free on Feb 10, 2023. They keep saying they have been mailed. NOPE. They are scammers.

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a bag, but one get one free. Got one bag. Contacted them and they said they'd send another, but instead THEY CHARGED ME A SECOND TIME and no second bag.! They are crooks. The address they list on their Facebook page is actually a Chinese restaurant.
Stay away from these crooks.

After over 6 weeks my bags have not arrived. Tracking shows they are still in China. Another FB scam.

Ordered travel bags, even left a "TIP". They sent a conformation that it was being shipped. The next day they charged my card again for the same amount. I immediately reported this to Master Card and they removed both charges and cancelled the card.
This company is NOTED for ripping people off.

Don't ever do business with this company. I placed an order Feb 17, and tracking says 18 days later that the shipping company is still waiting to receive the package. I contacted PayPal and decided to wait a week or so before contacting Paypal again regarding my claim. So far, I've gotten nowhere with anyone. I think this is a scam company. I at least, am unable to find any information on this company. I'm sorry I ever ordered anything from them. They are not customer oriented at all.

Have been trying since February 15th to find out where my parcel is and who the carrier is. They keep giving me excuses ( courier service not updating the status of delivery, huge demand for the item ). After 20 emails or so, they now have billed my credit card again for the same item. They are no longer responding to my requests nor will the courier service. I will never order from a site on Facebook again. This company has been totally dishonest with me. If they were honest they would give me dates and the courier that is delivering. The status on the site shows 15 days in transit even though the date showing the last known place for my parcel shows February 15th ( in other words the parcel has not left the warehouse. Track # 7321315077454120 order # 468640. I do not think I am asking too much here. I just want to know where my purchase is, the courier service that is delivering my purchase, and to reverse the double charge

I ordered the buy one get one free bag and received only one. Very disappointed with no response to emails sent regarding this issue. Don’t buy expecting to get two bags. Poor customer service.

Waiting for the travel bags that you advertised as buy one get one free money has been taken from my account. If not arriving shortly Ineed a refund

I ordered their buy one get one free offer on travel bags before Xmas, hoping they would arrive in time for Xmas . Eventually in the new year a package arrived but there was only one item in the package instead of two so I feel that they have broken their contract but emails are ignored.Annoyed at their so called customer service .

I ordered travel bags, it was a bogo.
I have yet to receive them.
They advertise PROUDLY MADE IN AMERICA. But they ship from China.
I sent several emails, I have the email address that I use for shopping attached to my PayPal. I got no response until I opened a case in the resolution center.
Then I received emails calling me a liar for using a different email, accused me of spreading false information.
My item that was made in Wyoming…is still sitting in China, waiting to be picked up since 1/27.
The customer service that I’ve received is atrocious!
I’m very thankful that I used PayPal for this transaction.
All the while accusing me of dishonesty by using a different email…they’re DBA under two different names. Shady
