Compré un disco en pre venta por el que, como no, me cobraron gastos de envío y más de una semana después aún no me han contestado a mi solicitud de que me reembolsasen los gastos de envío. He pedido también una hoja de reclamaciones y sigo sin respuesta. Eso sí, parece que al fin, hoy llegará mi disco. La atención al cliente es nefasta.

Very pleased with the quick and courteous response to my recent inquiry with WMG. I had to cancel an order and they quickly understood my request and provided a prompt reply and followed up with email confirmation. This is great customer service!

My experience purchasing from them felt like a scam/they lack attention to detail. I bought items on a pre-sale and the shipment was delayed for several months after the official release. Once it finally shipped, they got my order wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️. I have 0 faith they will even fix the issue so please let this serve as a warning!!⚠️

Heather is a shining example of what good customer service is. I received the outcome I was looking for and really appreciate the quick responses and support to get the product i needed in time for Christmas.

My Teddy Sims order was shipped 27 Oct. Still has not arrived. Tracking information stops at 3 Nov. No updates since then. Where is my package? Contacted customer service 3 times through contact form on website and mail, no response… But sender has to start an investigation says PostNL. Please help!

Great customer service. I had a problem ordering and the answer was quick, helpfull and very nice. It is the third time I ordered and the last two times the items arrived in good condition.

I pre-ordered Robert Plant's CD in July; it was supposed to be shipped on September 24th, but I received nothing. I complained, but received no response.

I pre-ordered the Play deluxe vinyl from Ed Sheeran. My order arrived om 19/09 and I saw that in the packaging that side A/B was in there twice, so no side C/D. I have been trying to contact this so called customer service since 19/09 and have not received a single response, it's disgusting tbh. On the website it says you have to contact the cs before returning items (which have to be returned within 30 days) but there's just no reply at all.

My package didn’t show up. This was an expensive limited edition package of 143.60€. Their customer support won’t reply. I’ve been waiting for months now.

The quality of service is terrible. You pay for something that doesn't work (parcel tracking). It was supposed to arrive in 10 days, but I've been waiting for 16 days and still nothing. It's impossible to find out what's happening with the delivery. Avoid working with them.

On se demande s'ils ont l'habitude de vendre des disques ?
On parle quand même de Warner, un géant du disque mondial. J'ai commandé un vinyle il y'a deux semaines qui est arrivé pliés dans tous les sens car il n'était pas bien emballé (OUI WARNER UN CARTON NE SUFFIT PAS POUR UN VINYLE, il faut du papier bulle ou un carton renforcé !).
Malgré plusieurs relances, aucune réponse de leur part, pour un vinyle payé 43 euros c'est clairement de l'arnaque.
Inutile de me dire de contacter votre service client comme vous savez bien répondre à tout le monde, je l'ai déjà fait 3 fois.
Je ne recommanderai pas, continuer d'acheter à la FNAC ou autre vendeur plus sérieux.

No me ha llegado mi pedido aunque me marca como entregado, llevo 3 semanas intentando contactar con ellos y no recibo ni una sola respuesta. Servicio de atencion al cliente nulo. Intentare recuperar el dinero reclamando directamente a la entidad bancaria.

So frustrated. I've ordered a record. Paypal had taken the money but Warner Music Online Stores had not confirmed my order or reciept of payment, made on the 1.10.25
I have raised a complaint 15 days ago on the 3.10.25 and still no contact with resolution - there site says they should respond within 3 working days - which they have not
I've have also left a telephone message to no avail.
No customer service presence what so ever - so dissapointed

I’ve been having issues with the Ed Sheeran online store for weeks now. My order was delayed for a long time, and when it finally arrived, the contents were completely damaged. I immediately contacted customer service and sent several emails, but I haven’t received a single reply.

This is absolutely unacceptable for an official artist store. I just want a replacement for my damaged vinyl records, but the lack of response or accountability is shocking.

At this point, I’m considering filing a dispute through my payment provider because the store simply ignores customer messages. Really disappointing experience, especially coming from such a high-profile artist’s official store.

Meine Sendung ist leider vermutlich auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen. Das Paket bewegt sich in der Sendungsverfolgung seit einem Monat nicht mehr weiter. Leider gibt warner keine Telefonnummer für solche Fälle an. Auf der Homepage wird versprochen, dass binnen 3 Werktagen auf Nachrichten per e-mail reagiert wird. Jedoch habe ich seit 2 Wochen keine Antwort erhalten (nur eine standartisierte Nachricht). -auch nicht auf meine Mahnung. Kundensupport stelle ich mir wirklich anders vor... Ich kann von Bestellungen bei diesem Unternehmen nur abraten, auch wenn ich meine Lieblingsband gerne unterstützen würde.

Nachtrag vom 03.11. : Über einen Monat nach meiner ersten E-mail und nachdem ich mein Geld über den Zahlungsanbieter zurückerhalten habe, hat sich endlich ein Mitarbeiter bei mir gemeldet. Der Zwangserstattete Betrag wurde vom Verkäufer zurückgefordert und danach wieder von ihm selbst gezahlt. Mir bringt das als Kunde keinen Mehrwert.
Wo mein Päckchen ist wurde erst garnicht untersucht. Da es nicht automatisch an den Verkäufer zurückgeschickt wurde, hat es sich für ihn erledigt. Mein Wunsch nach Ersatzlieferung wurde auch nicht berücksichtigt.

Absolutely horrendous company. I preordered a vinyl in August and it was meant to ship from the 12th September. Says it shipped on the 18th, however I have heard nothing since then. I doubt i will ever receive this order. Cannot contact customer service because you either receive an automated reply or no one replies if you wish to speak to a member of the team. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT; absolutely shocking. I’ve made a dispute through my bank because clearly no one at Warner is going to respond and give me my MONEY BACK. I have emailed 5 times at this point asking about my order which has now turned into wanting a cancellation and refund. I recommend you never order from this company because their service is shocking and apparently they just scam you out of your money. Hoping my bank can help out and give me my money back but this company is horrible. DONT ORDER FROM THEM. I will never be ordering from these guys again. I would give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a 1….
