Singer Europe after sale product support is miserable.
I bought a Singer machine in Portugal. It came without a manual, so I looked online. And found a list of manuals. Largely dysfunctional. It is a dump of all manuals in random order. It starts with "MX60", then "Heavy duty 4423" followed by "Fashion Mate" etc. And since each language version is a separate entry, the list is endless. And unsearchable. Using the help function gave me an AI bot that suggested that I look in the list. I gave up. I then received a mail, asking to rate my experience. So I described the issue. A month later (!), I received a mail, stating that I could find the manual via a link in the mail with two models. Which give me a manual for another model, but not mine. I responded that the link was faulty. And now, two weeks later, I am still waiting.
