Chante was great but overall process too slow
Chante from support was great and without her the entity would not have been able to make an important investment. She gets 5 stars
However compliance is way too slow for this day and age. To review a single document and to take 7 working days is absolutely not up to par. To review an investment memorandum, take an investment decision and to review and execute the subscription document plus to make the actual wire transfer (which was complicated and Chante's help was crucial) took overall way less time than compliance took to review a single document.
Please improve the handling speed for wire transfers both incoming as well as outgoing as that's where EPB perfoms below industry standards.

The ultimate bank account
I was extremely happy to find a full reserve bank that is not a part of the new bank bail in laws spreading across the western world.
With some amazing features for opening various international currency accounts, online trading and precious metal investments to name a few. I'm excited to be an account holder with EPC.
Mart van der Leer and his colleagues at EPC guided me through the process of setting up the account with all the help and documentation needed. Once the account was active Mart also spent over half an hour showing me the online banking interface and all the features available.
Thanks to Mart and Reisa Daly-Mapp for your help setting up my account which I'm very excited to start using and will be recommending EPC to anyone who understands the importance of banking with peace of mind and security.

Por mi actividad empresarial trabajo con varios bancos desde hace varios años y puedo decir con propiedad que este es EL PEOR banco con el que he trabajado.
No tienes asistencia personalizada, tus consultas caen en una bandeja de entrada donde lo atiende uno de los tantos empleados de soporte y cuando es un tema que viene pendiente de varios días ni se molestan en leer los antecedentes del caso tratado.
Son LENTOS para todo, ya sea para giros salientes como entrantes, como mucha suerte lleva una semana cada transacción.
Uno de los tantos casos de mi desconformidad es el caso de una transferencia de una suma importante la cual necesitaban justificativo y a pesar de haberles enviado facturas de la constancia del dinero, aun asi lo bloquean y te piden 3 o 4 veces lo mismo. Debes explicar y fundamentar 5 o 6 veces cada movimiento...repetir lo mismo, actúan como infradotados.
Y el día que quieran cerrar la cuenta ....les deseo suerte para poder retirar el saldo.
Ojalá mi comentario sirva para que otros no pasen todos los inconvenientes que este banco me ha causado.

Exceptional Support
Patient, competent, reliable and very friendly Support.

Banking at its Best
I would like to say that the account opening process was a breeze, the response to all my queries and doubts were addressed promptly, a special thanks to Dan Brezinski who was very clear from the word go and was prompt and helpful, I had some issues (of my own doing) after the account was opened and all I had to do was call the bank and they sorted it out instantly. I am looking forward to have a long and endearing relationship with the bank and its people.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Unprofessional, Irrational, Disrespectful, although some of the support staff was nice they were not knowledgeable.
My business was very badly affected, damaged to the point of almost closing it. They did not allow me to use the funds from my sales or to make payments to my suppliers, claiming their correspondent bank internal policies and asking why I am making payments online.
This is the most stupid and crazy question and reason to block my money. They do not allow me to close the bank accounts keeping amounts locked while telling me that the locked amount in unblocked.
Too many bad reviews here from people with almost same issues. A bank to run away from it.
