Great support
Great support! Although all remotely handled, the support has been really great. From submitting to activation and on-boarding it has been very good. I do recommend to have a small animation for new clients to prepare them for all tasks that are needed to get all activated.

unzuverlässig, keine Antwort auf emails, keine Erklärungen.
>hatte im Oktober 2015 ein Privatkonto bei der EuroPacificBank eröffnet. Es mussten viele Dokumente vorgelegt werden, was ich teilweise auch verstehen kann. Bis vor einem Monat war ich relativ zufrieden, aber ich hatte auch wenig mit der Bank zu tun. Ich hatte immer nur AUF das Konto überwiesen. Nun wollte ich vor einigen Woche mich in mein Konto einloggen -> Antwort: Please contact your bank.
Ich erhielt schließlich eine email mit der Info, dass mein Account closed sei und "reopened" werden müsse. Ich müsse 100 USD reopen fee bezahlen und zwei Fragebögen ausfüllen. Ich habe sage und schreibe 11 emails geschrieben und um Info und Erklärung gebeten, warum das Konto geschlossen ist. Nichts, keine Reaktion. Erst heute habe ich dann nach Wochen wieder von EuroPacificBank gehört, jedoch auch nur wieder dasselbe Geschreibsel wie vor ein paar Wochen.
Ich habe nun den Reopen-Antrag gestellt, werde aber -sobald das Konto wieder aktiv ist- umgehen das Konto kündigen, mein Geld ist dort nicht sicher. Ich würde EuropacificBank auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Online portal is good and easy to use, transfers are SLOW
Online portal is good and easy to use, the challenge is how long inbound and outbound transfers take for to compliance checks. Don't expect instant or fast account balance updates. It is not uncommon for an inbound transaction to take a week.

Incoming transfer issue
The opening process was great. I had a chat with a specialist and the documents were sent in order and account was opened... no issue.
However the issue came during the incoming transfer over certain amount. It took 1 week from the arrival of the money till it was released to the account due to compliance check. During the time there was little update so I was worried by it.
Having said that, when asked upon the staff did answer my queries both on support cases and the phone so it was not their fault. I only wish the process was a bit more transparent.
