Well it was ok while it lasted, I've been trying to close my corporate account since the 10th of May, I haven't heard a peep from them. Shocking service, I'm really concerned now they won't be returning my cash. Not looking good guys.

I managed to open my corporate bank…
I managed to open my corporate bank account with success and I now have a great setup to build on. The process was a bit long and I did not receive a lot of updates but we got there in the end and I also believe the current processes and timelines are impacted by Covid and what is going on in the world. Thanks to EPB for trusting me as a client!

full reserve bank, solid banking
I had an ok experience opening a personal bank account. I went trough the compliance process, plus two phones calls with the on boarding specialist and it was done.
The only 2 things that was not as smooth as I would in order to give a 5 stars are :
First, the onboarding specialist called me twice 20 minutes late, which can be annoying if you're on a thigh schedule.
Second thing, I was reluctant to send my notarized copy of passport to compliance over unencrypted email. Then I took a look at their website where they say clearly : "you can send encrypted email with PGP" then I asked for their public key, but the bank couldn't give it to me. Should be a red flag, but I know most people aren't familiar with that technology, so we found a workaround and everything went fine at the end.
It was a bit frustrating with delays and misunderstanding from both parties, but we are different cultures and it was my first remote bank account opening. I can only recommend this bank as their staff and online banking are okay, plus it's a full reserve bank, which is important to me.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Prozedere der Eröffnung hat sich allerdings lange verzögert. In Summe bietet die Bank sehr viele Vorteile und bietet ein sicheres und modernes Banking an.

Fraud Department at EPB
Hi all, I have been screwed by an Escrow Agent having a bank account at EPB. I submitted an official request to the FRAUD department at EPB with concrete arguments and official documents for a refund / a recall of my money. Still no answer from them !

Since last summer we've been concerned about the current financial state of UK banks. So have been looking for a safe, solid alternative bank. Euro Pacific Bank absolute Katastrophe in Sachen Kommunikation
Dies ist ein Nachtrag zum Nachtrag.
Erneut wurde mein Konto "geschlossen" und erneut soll ich es "reaktivieren". Auf meiner mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhalte ich immer nur standardisierte Antworten.
Ich habe jetzt die Nase voll. Ich werde das Konto kündigen und mein Geld anders wo parken. Hier ist es nur teuer und mit Ärger verbunden.
