I’m so glad I read the reviews on here before purchasing anything, what I wanted was expensive and I’m not losing any of my hard earned money to cowboys! IF ANYONE DOESNT GET THE GOOD THEY ORDERED, OR ANY OTHER ISSUES CLAIM WITH YOURE BANK! ALOT OF BABKS THAT DIDNT OFFER THIS SERVICE NOW DO (like Lloyds)

Bought TV lift from them. Didnt arrive, damaged in transit. Asked for refund. They are promissing refund for second month. Every time there are technical problems. I do not think they will issue refund.
Complete scam.

A lot of mixed reviews and I was prepared for dissapointment but have to admit all went perfect. Item arrived on time with good tracking. Product was well packed nothing missing. Very happy, thanks.

Absolute rubbish! Paid a lot of money for a projection screen. Waited for a quick delivery costing an extra £25 (when the advertised free delivery but added the charge that could not be removed). Eight days later, no sign of the delivery. Eventually received an email simply saying "Order Cancelled" with no explanation. Will I get the full refund? I have no idea. I had a lecture to give and now I have no screen!

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I ordered an electric TV bracket (circa £400). Box was damaged upon arrival (poor packaging) and it was also sent with EU plug. Advised company of the situation and they said this was a ‘miss pick’ and were sending a replacement plug (never arrived. Whilst assembling I discovered that there was a bent bracket from a result of the damaged box during transit. I informed the company and their response or ownership has been shocking. It’s now 50 days and they have gone radio silent. Is this company still trading? I guess I need to inform my bank to see if I can recover my funds.

Been months since they failed to deliver items ordered, finally theyve issued a refund for less than 50% of total - complete cowboys

To be honest I read the reviews and it put me off. This was for an electric TV lifter However it was £150 cheaper than anywhere else so I took the gamble it said delivery 3 to 5 days it arrived on the fifth day it did come from Poland but I did not pay any more it was all there brand-new and worked out of the box

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by the company.
They have sent me an electric kettle which was damaged and very unsafe, it made a electric crackling sound when turned on and smoke would come out of the plug.

When I realised that I misplaced the invoice I have asked them for replacement which they sent within two days.
As soon as I had my invoice at hand I requested to return the item stating the unit was no safe so I need return label for returning it there was complete silence for weeks and then I just got generic email that it has been forwarded to the right team. Ot has been now more than two months and still complete silence. They have not responded whatsoever ever to any attempt to communicate with them.

Obviously selling broken items and then refusing to refund and go into hiding bey not responding.
Scammers nothing else.
Reporting it to the trading authority.

Stupidly, I read the reviews after making my purchase, so I was rather worried for a couple of days. However, I then received a Royal Mail tracking number, and the item arrived a couple of days after that, exactly as described and well packaged. So, credit where credit's due.

After reading reviews on here I was cautious about ordering a TV lift from these guys on Ebay. I was pleasantly surprised. The Lift arrived quicker than estimated and worked perfectly. I didn't have to deal with customer service so can vouch for them but for delivery and product quality I really can no caught it. The lift is awesome

The service I received was absolutely unacceptable. I've attempted to contact them multiple times, and when they do respond, they keep asking the same question over and over again. It's incredibly frustrating, and their replies often take days. As it stands, I still cannot return my package, and this situation needs to be addressed promptly.

No problem with my order from Euroelectronics uk. Ordered three window box planters,5 August 2025, were cheaper buying direct than from their E Bay site.Had confirmation and tracking number, one problem tracking number did not work, it seems they use Spring GDSmailing which then goes to Royal Mail which caused the problem.Contacted by e mail customer support, problem sorted out.

My son ordered from here off of my phone (I know...dealt with that), but I looked at the reviews and tried to immediately cancel. Funnily enough, it was impossible to get hold of them and I did not get a reply until it was too late. Anyway, as they were the only company to appear to sell the specific item, I looked on Amazon and felt protected enough to go via them. I have no idea what this company are playing at, but the one from AMAZON was packaged beautifully, brand new, extra protection etc. The one directly from them...ripped box with tape around it and when I opened it, the parts were loose in just a plastic bag. Clearly NOT new. Now, on the returns, it states to return it must be unopened and unused. I suspect this is their attempt to make it impossible for customers to get refunds under false accusations that it qas opened and used by them. Going by the reviews, I instantly flagged this with my bank stating that I had seen reviews, couldn't get hold of them etc. I think it ia disgusting that they even attempt this and would absolutely avoid at all costs. They are clearly scamming people and are on their best behaviour via big companies like Amazon.

Terrible company. Did not deliver. Did not reply to my queries. Have now cancelled my order and supposedly refunded me. Still not in my account. There is no customer number to call and they do not reply to queries. No recource. They are a bunch of charlatans and should not be allowed to trade.

Very bad company, damaged goods were sent. No reply when I emailed to return it. I eventually got my money back from my bank after 2 months. So don't use this company if you can't afford to be without your money for such a long time if you need a refund.
I eventually bought the same item elsewhere with same delivery company and it was perfect.
I think euroelectronics is just selling damaged goods to begin with and claiming damages back from the couriers and then not refunding the customer. I feel they did this with me. A complete scam. No customer service, no email confirmation order number and therefore no tracking number for you to be in to check if the goods are damaged to refuse delivery. My payment did not even look like it went to a UK company on the bank statement even tho I ordered off the UK site. The bank said the payment went to Poland.

Kettle was faulty within warranty period. I returned the item as requested but still have no resolution. They take weeks to reply to messages and are now asking if I want a refund or replacement when I have already requested a refund. No idea when it will be sorted. Would not recommend.

Not responding to my email, the product is faulty, doesn't heat when plugged. AVOID this seller!!!

I don't mind having the wait a long time for my product to arrive if that's the case but when It arrived it lasted only 4 months, and now my Bluetooth speaker will not charge at all!!
There's no contact number, I've emailed a couple of times but no response so I'm a bit like Now what ??
Bit disappointed I'm afraid!
