I purchased some roofing led from Eurocell after I spotted a discount offer, which meant the price was extremely reasonable. Before ordering online I called the Stafford branch and Mick was extremely helpful advising the best price through the online website. He checked the stock so there was no delay and I was able to pick it up within the hour. Excellent service.

We ordered new fascia's, soffit's, guttering and many accessories from the Eurocell Stafford Branch the sales rep Luke was simply brilliant. Professional, courteous and provided guidance and added value. Luke and indeed all the Stafford branch staff are a credit to Eurocell. Value for money? absolutely. The delivery arrived to our home as agreed in a timely manner.

Discussed the Canopia by Palram Cantilever Carport with Eurocell Stafford and ordered the Arizona Breeze Carport with Twinwall Roof Panels on the 9th April.
The Canopia by Palram was delivered this morning 12th April at 9:20am. The 2 delivery were very courteous and placed the 2 heavy boxes approximately 6 foot long in our garage.

I visited the Stafford branch today to get some angle trims as I am completing an DIY project doing up my bathroom. I met Nick and his customer service is amazing. He is very friendly and helpful. Knew exactly what I required and showed me all the trim sizes so I could purchase the right size. But wait it doesn't stop there! He went the extra mile and lent me a finer saw than the one I brought so I could cut the trim and get it in the car. It's the best service I've had from any building manufacturer/supplies company. The chap is a legend and a credit to the company. He definitely deserves a raise. Thanks Nick for the great service!

Luke and the team are a great help, nothing is to much trouble, I know there maybe cheaper places, but you definitely don’t get the eurocell quality, so definitely worth that extra couple of pence to use the eurocell product, would definitely recommend to anyone

So after looking at a huge number of composite doors I finally ordered with Eurocell Stafford, not only were they the best on price but the quality and warranty offered was excellent! Cheryl went back and forward with me a few times to get exactly what I wanted. No other company had offered 25 Yr warranty on the door and 10 Yr on the fixings, fantastic service, fantastic door, made to order in less that 2 weeks, without a doubt I would recommend them. Ordered on the 26/2 promised a delivery date within 2 days. As of the 18/3 no delivery date and when i have chased told that Stafford branch will call me to arrange delivery but not heard anything. Order to be cancelled.

I visited the Stafford branch last Monday, with a shopping list of various items. Jake and Lawrence sorted the whole list out for me, meaning I didn't need to call somewhere else. The pair as re a comedy duo, providing excellent service with a smile. I would definitely recommend you visit them for all your UPVC related items.
