Eurocell plc - Newport Anmeldelser 15

I think Eurocell are very poor because spent 16k upfront expecting perfect garden room constructed within promised 3-4 days. Installers from DEX did a very poor job without spirit level, meaning the sliding door didn't work properly, taking 3 months to fix. DEX appears to be shell company (Companies House 14954619). Clear lack of control over subcontractors or due diligence performed. Given the option I'd have paid 6k for the flat pack and built it myself.

The staff in the Newport unit have great customer service skills. They are polite, professional and very helpful. One area for improvement would to have more capping boards, gutter and downpipe in stock

I am very happy with the quality of the skirting that I ordered it looks great! It was the second time I had ordered it and may order more in the future. The price is excellent and delivery was quick although I wasn't informed when it would be delivered so it was lucky that I was home.

It was quite annoying that when we arranged a delivery date and the day was confirmed, that Eurocell wouldn’t deliver that day without phoning first. Eurocell phoned twice on the Thursday morning but because there was no answer, they wouldn’t deliver. My wife made the purchase and she was on holiday when Eurocell tried to call that Thursday morning, otherwise all good.

Ended up picking my order up because from date or order to anticipated delivery it would be 2 weeks. There was a bank holiday included in the 2 weeks, but still, all items were in stock, but due to the delivery vehicle needing a service. Not very good from a company that offers a delivery option which I paid for.

A quick edlivery service. Delivery driver couurteous, knwledgeable and very helpful.
Products were better than I hoped for and the most reasonable prices on the market

I have never had more friendly, professional and helpful service.

We ordered a garden room/ home office and from initial appointment to installation the whole process took less than 3 weeks. Robin was very helpful and friendly as were the delivery and installation team.
We found Eurocell very easy to deal with and were kept fully informed of any issues throughout

I needed a uPVC product quickly to finish off a project. I found exactly what I needed on their website which was easy to navigate. I picked my order up at a local branch next day, although I could have had it delivered, but I was passing and it seemed daft not to collect. Excellent company.

I have just finished my week's employment at Euro Cell Newport covering a colleagues holiday.

I am phenominally impressed by what i have witnessed. It is a pleasure to work with people who are naturally attentive and go above and beyond for their customers

I placed an order back in June 2020 for composite fencing for my garden. When the order arrived it was short by 1 fence panel and 1 post cap. Initially during discussions with the Newport branch they denied short shipping the fence panel, after several phone calls it was agreed that the item was short shipped and I was told that a replacement would be sent. It has never arrived. I have contacted the branch since and been promised a call back in order to arrange re delivery, this has not happened either. I have called again ( a year later) and asked for a refund to be promised a further call back which again did not happen. I spent a thousand pounds with this shambolic company and am still left with an incomplete order which simply is not good enough. Far worse though, I have been fobbed off with the promise of replacement items and call backs neither of which have happened. I will never recommend this company to anyone which is a shame as the product is good.
