The delivery took nearly 4weeks and…
The delivery took nearly 4weeks and would have expected a courtesy call at least once a week to confirm why the order was taking so long and as a minimum apologise for not achieving the specified delivery period. There should be more training with regards to customer communication

Yet to hear anything back from the investigation from 17 May to 4th July.

Ordered online on 24th April (showed as in stock), phoned next day to ask when it would arrive, told it wasn't in stock so would be following week. Received 2 out of 3 of my order following week, then 9th May received the rest.
Good product, but took far to long and too many phone calls along the way to receive what was described as 'in stock' when purchased.

I received my order the very next day with a phone call to check I would be in. Staff were very friendly, great service.

They never had any of the product I…
They never had any of the product I bought online inshore when I went to collect it even though it was showing as it stock and from staff reaction this happens a lot as a trade customer I have never had any joy with this branch since it opened its in store prices are beyond a joke to get a better price you need to order online then hope they will actually have it in stock when you get there
