First Class Service...
I really cannot recommend this company highly enough. Firstly all of the staff I encountered were extremely knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. They actually made me feel more like a friend than a customer. Would like to give Andrew Coleby a very worthy mention, he went all out to ensure my order and collection went without any issues, whilst being extremely professional and friendly. Really thrilled with the composite fencing I collected, it looks first class and the pricing was well within budget. Keep doing what you are all doing, and I wish you all every success and will definitely be recommending and using this company again.

Excellent service at Team Valley Gateshead…
I used the Team Valley Gateshead Eurocell for the first time last week. Steph the manager was excellent- she went out of her way to help me find a solution. I was looking for some pvc trims to edge my sky lanterns in my orangery. She suggested different ideas I hadn’t thought off. Nothing was a problem and she had a positive can do mentality. Paul was also super helpful especially when packing the trims to fit in the back seat of my car - so it wouldn’t damage the leather. Nowadays it’s hard to find staff in builders merchants who are free to serve you - let alone go the extra mile. Great team there in Gateshead and I can highly recommend this Eurocell branch .

The staff at Eurocell Gateshead were very helpful in every respect especially Steph who provided a tape measure a saw and even help the facia whilst I cut it down to get it in the car. Fantastic, big thank you to Steph

Went to Team Valley
Went to Team Valley, Gateshead branch.
Was told stock arriving later in week, rang and it was already put aside.
Steph, Andrew & Paul could not have been more helpful. Got advice which was more than welcome for my product.
This Team is an asset to the Company and shall pass on there whereabouts for products to friends.
