Eurocell plc - Coventry Anmeldelser 

Ordered some items which appeared as in stock on their website. I went to collect them and I was told that they didn't have them in stock and they could deliver them free of charge the next day. They weren't delivered the next day and I had to go back the following day to collect them myself from the shop.

Absolutely disgusting service. Choose click and collect. Never received email or call to say item was ready. I had to call the Coventry office. When my step son went to collect item it would not fit on truck so asked for a tape measure to measure and cut. Would not let him borrow one and charged him £8.40 to buy it. First offer was £19. So glad he had a saw with him. Never again!!!!!

Great service from eurocell came 5 days early . They called and checked I was available. Polite and helpful . With amazing prices.I asked the driver if they do a lot of items in 5m lengths and he said yes so I've just put a bigger order in . Website is easy and straightforward as is paying. If you use what they sell id suggest to order from eurocell direct instead of 3rd partys as it's alot cheaper and everything I ordered came in 5m lengths.

Rude, unhelpful and tried to rip me off. £180 for two soffit boards and a bit if trim. I went in the day before (guy claimed he didn't remember me) and I got two facia boards, Nails, 2 lengths gutter, gutter clips, getter bends and outlets for £213 and he wanted to charge me £180 for two soffit boards. Disinterested, rude and could not be bothered to serve me or help me out even though I was polite as could be. Disgraceful. Manage to find the two soffit boards for £85 elsewhere.
