Eurocell seems to be our go to shop at the minute. They sell more than you think. We've had windows, skirting boards, bathroom vanity worktop and screws. Delivered with care direct with our local eurocell guys. Quality goods at great prices. I'm loving Eurocell.

Great customer service from my initial phone call to visiting and buying my goods today. Excellent customer service offered and I was able to order, pay for and arrange delivery there and then without any issues.

It's great to be able to buy locally, excellent range of guttering that most places don't carry. Postage for guttering is so expensive but having Eurocell in Kingstown is perfect. The team in the store are very friendly helpful. Easy to park too.

Incredibly helpful staff, item not in stock and had to get from another depot 2hrs away but in interim gave me a pack of slightly broken boards but still useable and 3 lengths of trim to hide broken bits

firstly this is going to be a fantastic review about the Kingstown Carlisle branch. I personally have some practical experience as my trade is as a comms engineer doing electrical installation, I recently found myself taking early retirement and multiple members of my extended family had projects they where trying to get tradesmen in to do some would promise a date and not turn up or just quote and ignore messages to take on the work so I decided to do the various projects myself. I do not have the skills to level of professionals such as plumbers, joiners or general builders; but with the help and advice of the great guy's at the Carlisle Branch of Eurocell I have been able to turn out some excellent results. These guys are worth there weight in gold and my family and I cannot praise them enough. Every member of my family that visited the branch where treated with respect and kindness and given the best help/advice possible. I am currently in the process of moving house and when my own D.I.Y projects emerge I will be certainly using the Kingstown. Carlisle branch of euro cell. I would say that if your company has any branches anywhere in the country that receive complaints or customer service issues there staff should come to this branch for training.

Just a note to make your management team aware my experiences have been over the past several months and the level of service is always very high
