Eurocell plc - Brighton Anmeldelser 

I ordered some decking materials which unfortunately were no use due to colour and pattern being different. I have now been trying to arrange a return and refund for around 6 weeks! I have made about 20 phonecalls which are never answered. Have gone through head office n had a response but issue still not resolved. I would not recommend this company at all - I have never experienced such difficulties in returning items 🙄

I visit this branch often and I have always found the service to be outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Just remember to close the door behind you.

I would highly recommend this branch for anyone working in the East Sussex area.

The Brighton branch is amazing always very helpful and polite. They are very knowledgeable about all products and how to use them in the best possible way.

Im a regular customer at eurocell brighton and the service is always excellent. The staff are always freindly, knowledgable and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to freinds and collegues.

Terrible service. I travel the country for work, and buy material from Eurocell all over. From the start the staff, while serving, acted like it was a chore, and could've done without getting off their chairs.

They didn't have all the material I needed, so I paid for the balance to be delivered. They said they couldn't issue a VAT invoice until the material was delivered, and it would be sent with the delivery - it wasn't.

I emailed asking for the invoice - no reply. I called, twice - again, it was obvious from the conversations it was another chore they really wished they could avoid - they did.

I called the head office, they promised to get in touch with the branch and get the invoice emailed to me - and here I am, a week later, soon needing to do my VAT returns, and no invoice. Poor Poor poor

I visited the Brighton store last week to discuss some cladding for my home. With not knowing 100% what I was looking for I left there feeling much better and had decided on what I wanted. There was a man and a women both serving at the time but both made me feel comfortable and seemed very friendly and willing too help. Would recommend

I ordered some composite decking online for a client, to be delivered by my local branch. I phoned to ask them how easy/quick it would be to reorder if there wasn't enough. I was advised to over-order (as not free delivery with small orders) and I could just return the unused. Yeah well you guessed the ending already. As it was an online order (although via my local branch) they couldn't accept returns, so I would have to go online and fill out a returns request form. This form does not exist on their website.
Apart from that, all peachy! would use again.

Wish Id taken notice of warnings about Eurocell Brighton.
I ordered an item which was out of stock and paid for it on 19th November 2023. I was told it would be a week and even though it was an on line order the local branch would be in touch. I waited ... and waited... and waited. Today 23/1/2024 I got in touch and was told they would' chase it up' I waited - no call back. I asked if they couldn't deliver in a reasonable time would I get my money back? I was told as it was ordered on line I would need to apply on line for a refund. I leave others to make their own minds up.The stock is fine - but if the item is not in stock my advice is not to start. I regret having ever ordered from them. Update - I see the 14% of one star reviews they ask for the order number to 'follow up:)' Here is the order number 000019591. My account from 19/11/2023 says 'processing'

Eurocell - you’ve had my money a month what are you going to do?

24/1/2024 I have now had a message from Eurocell to say they have refunded the money. I am left with a half finished bathroom.

Ordered my guttering on the 31/8/2021. Phoned 1/11/2021 told could be another up to 10 Weeks . Phoned again today 12th still out of stock ,Phoned theBrighton branch and they had 7 lengths , Phoned Head office . Who said Worthing should of got those 2 lengths from Brighton Branch , so told Worthing that . They replied Brighton won’t release them . So I had a go at the Brighton Branch who told me that they might need them if a customer comes in for them . Too which I replied I am a customer and you have had my money since August . Was told they hadn’t but Worthing has , I said no head office has had my money you need to complete my order , so now waiting for Area Manage to call and sort out what a shambles …
