Awesome experience. All sides !!!!!!

The company is incredibly regular and fair

Be it via email or over the phone, the staff at Eurobuzz is really helpful. They even go far enough as to make me laugh when I'm having a bout of technophobia. I wish all phone companies were this delightful.

I purchased a European contact phone from Eurobuzz 5 Aug 2014. During the purchase, I explained that I needed the Phone ASAP as my trip was to begin in two days. It Arrived in Less Than 24 Hours! After reading the how to use instructions, I called Eurobuzz because I had a couple of basic question (maybe I am not the sharpest tool in the shed) anyway, the representatives from Eurobuzz really have it together. They answered my questions in terms I understand, and in a professional friendly manner. This appears to be a very good relationship. ron

Used a phone a couple of years ago and came back for two more on the more recent trip so that the entire family could stay in touch. Our relatives in Italy and Spain loved to be able to get in touch with us and for us was not only convenient but affordable.

I have had a Brightroam phone in the past and decided to try a new company because Brightroam required me to keep extending my contract. I forgot to extend it and my SIM card expired. What a hassle! Not only is that not a worry with EuroBuzz, I got a great deal on two phones which is perfect for my upcoming Europe vacation with multiple family members. The rates are slightly higher but savings already made up for that.

While planning for our vacation and running out of time (3 more days to go), we've had to deal with (a) USPS sending Priority packages- containing our passports- to the wrong ZIP code and (b) USPS losing our Paris Museum Passes. Fortunately, Eurobuzz delivered as promised and we now at least have2 of their phones to use. We haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they charged quickly on the provided adapters and seemed to start up just fine.

We bought 2 phones. One our son took to Spain where he is studying abroad. We were so comforted to hear his voice to tell us he landed safely and made it to his host family. We will use the 2nd phone to connect with him when we visit. The phones and account were simple to set up and use. The price and pay as you go is a great value.

Ordered 2 phones from this company and got a great deal. Phone easy to understand and get started. Can't wait to use it when I travel.

Easy order and delivery. Set up was simple. Now We are off to use them. Feel much more satisfied than waiting to see what might be available in our destination countries.

After looking into many other options for communication options for our overseas trip, my boss told me to check out EuroBuzz. Very user friendly website. The cost was cheeper than any other company I checked out. It is your basic call/text phone. Just what we needed.

Phone worked great once I got ahold of tech support and they told me what I needed to do. I had to turn the phone off pull the battery and the sims card then replace them before it would work. Also the number the instructions told me to use was incorrect and the tech support helped me to figure that out also. So thank you for the great support.

Finally, a phone that works internationally. We have had bad experiences in the past with other companies supplying phones that do not work and also no support. Eurobuzz has worked successfully for us and when we have had questions, they have always been answered.

Received my phones within days no hassles. Easy to operate. Looking forward to using it on our trip

We couldn't have been happier with our purchase of two Eurobuzz phones - we traveled to France and were joined by our son, daughter-in-law and our 9 month old grandson. It was incredibly easy to order, delivery was prompt and it included everything we needed- It was truly a lifesaver for contacting the people with whom we had reserved places to stay, and the peace of mind it gave us when traveling with our grandson was worth it! I would highly recommend Eurobuzz!

have used EuroBuzz for years when we travel to Europe. Just received updated sim card. Original sim update sent to old address. One call and new one was received very quickly and they followed up! Thanks Eurobuzz!

We waited till the last minute to manage our phone requirements for Europe. We were able to get our phones and service very fast and we were on our way.

My Eurobuzz phone saved me in Paris when my flight was delayed and I couldn't meet my friend at the expected time. We were able to keep up with each other and eventually connect in Marseille. My phone also saved her when her credit card was denied and her iPhone wouldn't go through to her bank, but my phone did. Best $39 I ever spent!

I needed a phone for my wife and daughter traveling to Spain. My wireless provider could provide a loaner phone for $25/mo but the minutes were $1.29. I could only use the phone for 30 days. No good, since my daughter is going to stay for 2 months. I searched the internet and found this company. I didn't think it was real. I ordered the phone, it arrived the next day. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. I feel relieved that my wife will have cell service when she arrives in Spain.

I cant believe I ordered this phone on the 3rd and FedEx was at my gate on the 5th. Totally unbelievable. Who ships anything that quick these days?
I was surprised at how nice the phone is, and was very happy with the easy time I had with the information and setup instructions.
I will be traveling later this month and feel much relief from having that little phone going with me. I really like having the US and European number and the ability to be in contact with my family while I am gone. Thanks Eurobuzz
