The animals are really cool! I bought the tasmanian devil and I LOVED IT! I recommend it for creative people 10/10

I came across this product whilst on holidays in Tasmania and brought three back home with me. They are great, a very good quality product and fun to put together. Since then I have got onto their website and ordered all of the Australian animals. They are so cool, hopefully they bring out more Aussie animals.

I bought the robin and penguin eugys and they’re amazing! They both are really fun to make and once they’re done they look really good! I also like how once you’re done, you can recycle everything left. I bought the penguin late 2024-early 2025 and the robin a couple months ago

I ordered from Eugy.com and was really pleased with the product — it’s creative, well-made, and arrived reasonably quickly from New Zealand. No complaints on the item itself.

However, the checkout process is misleading. There’s no clear warning that UK customers may face extra charges on delivery, unless you go digging through the small print. I was charged £35 in VAT and £11 by DHL, which came as a surprise. That’s over £46 in unexpected costs — not a small amount on a £177 order.

It’s worth knowing that UK VAT doesn’t apply below £135, and that DHL charge an admin fee even when no duty is owed — but none of this is explained properly at checkout.

If you’re a UK customer, be warned: the final cost is likely to be significantly higher than what you pay at checkout. It’s a shame, because the overall experience was otherwise very good.

A bit more transparency would make a big difference.

Eugy creates high quality, eco friendly and adorable craft animals.

Although these are designed for kids I absolutely love sitting down and creating these animals and have amassed a large collection of my own.

I love this product and have had to contact customer support twice and they have been amazing! Even when my dog ate one of the eyes they replaced free of charge. Highly recommended!

Terrible Customer Service. Hidden costs!

I ordered a gift for my son and nephew from this company and there were disguised taxes in the shipping costs! I contacted customer services to query the extra costs and was told that I could not be refunded. At checkout it was made very clear what the total amount was including shipping and nowhere did it clearly indicate that I would have to pay import taxes. I am now unable to get a refund and I am also unable to get my items without paying the extortionately high taxes. Very disappointed in this company and the unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend buying from here!

I purchased 4 Dinosaur items from Eugy and I am delighted with the service they provided. I originally ordered 3 Dinos and paid for express delivery to the UK but then discovered I had missed one off the original order. Rather than place another order and have to pay for shipping again I contacted Customer Service to ask if it could be added in. I received an immediate response agreeing to amend my order so I paid for the additional item. The package arrived from New Zealand in 3 days - it’s a small world we live in!
