Not replying to my emails and charged me maliciously
Etool.ai did not ask for any permission to charge me ₱899 they just automatically deducted it from my gcash account without any prior notice. The site showed that it only costs ₱1 for the services but, in the following day they just charged me ₱899 maliciously without my consent!!! I already emailed them but still no response from them. I hope they will get back to me soon and refund my money as I have not used their services again after charging me maliciously. I was not satisfied with their servuces and according to their refund policy, customers are guaranteed for a full refund within 7 days if their services cannot satisfy them.
