Top Notch customer service from Joe P and Roger V Had issue with dropper post, Basically an old model that i wore into the ground - tried to fix but internal components were goosed.

Roger gave me great info on how to do the service of dropper post(instructions were good)

and then when i needed new parts, Joe helped me. Both were so quick to respond, also Joe emailed me without me asking to let me know parts were back in stock.

I quite easily could have gone a different route with a new different dropper post( i can be a picky old git), but the reason i didn't is the customer service. Hope both these guys get some recognition from their bosses.

I have a Commencal Meta TR from 2019, and it came with E Thirteen TRS rims. The front rim was completely damaged, and even though it's now 5 years old, they actually sent me a brand-new rim because the old one was almost snapped. The service I received from them has been amazing!
