very nice and understanding sales/tech support

Excellent customer service and tech support. I've been buying VPS a long time and Ethernet Servers is top quality for my needs. I always get a professional and prompt response though I seldom need to make a ticket. I hope they stay in business a long time because other companies don't value their customers like they do. You can really tell the difference.

Ethernetservers has great inexpensive servers with matching uptime. I’ve not needed much support but when I have submitted tickets the response was swift and resolved my issue. Recommend!

Delightful experience with this company. Their owner and founder, George, personally responds to help requests, and checks in from time to time to make sure all is running well. He's a very nice guy and very helpful, and has smoothly facilitated the process of getting me up and running. Recommended!

Signed up for hosting for a dedicated wordpress website. It is great Ethernet Servers has beena great home and host for my site. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a solid host.

As a current and active customer, I must express my utmost satisfaction with the support, services, and the remarkable level of patience demonstrated by George. I am genuinely delighted with the assistance he provides.

In over 2 decades of business, I've never seen the level of unprofessionalism that I saw from this company this weekend. Not once

A few weeks back, the DC that this company is involved with had a fire, causing servers and global outages for 2+ days. No worries, this stuff happens.

Unfortunately, as a result of this, the owner decided it would be a grand idea to shut everyone's server this morning and migrate them to another VPS, with literally zero notice. This involved massive downtime, because IP changes and the like

Worse yet, the only notification we got? One email. Not being told when we were migrated. Not being told what our new IP was. We were just given one email, saying "it's happening, deal with it". The owner expects everyone to simply login and check the client area repeatedly

The excuse that the owner gave? "Stability and reputation".... This was just a cop out, however, as, at least one of those servers (the one I was on) was fine, had no stability issues at all and could have remained up at least allowing clients to migrate their own data

There is NOTHING professional about this company. Nothing at all

EthernetServers does not sacrifice customer experience for lower prices. They offer great value with good-spec, great VPS options while providing quick and helpful support.

I have been a customer for over a year now managing 3 of their servers (VPS) and overall it has been a great experience. Their servers are reliable, they offer a wide variety of SO for different needs, and their support team goes above and beyond to resolve issues quickly.

If you want an affordable VPS provider that doesn't compromise on customer service, I highly recommend checking out EthernetServers. They truly offer a great balance of technical excellence, value for money, and responsive support.

Thank you guys!

after I use the services of ethernetservers.com.

Thank you for helping me in solving problems on vps. good luck for George - the owner & founder of Ethernet Servers! :) 👍👍👍👍

Great pricing, great help, working servers :)

I have been hosting serves with EthernetServers for the best part of 18 months now and to say I am happy with their service is a total understatement. As many others have mentioned here, the support is absolutely brilliant. Fast responses and fast action if any issues arise.

Prices for what you get are also amazingly competitive. By far one of the best value for money hosting options out there.

I would wholeheartedly recommend EthernetServers to anyone needing a VPS or web hosting service.

I rented a VPS in New Jersey for my personal internet projects. Everything is fine, everything suits me. Excellent price. The speed of the server and the speed of the Internet channel are excellent. There were some problems with the server configuration (fuse (snap) support, 2 ip), but everything was resolved through contacting support within 10 minutes at any time. It's great. It is also important to note a large number of payment methods, including even the Russian qiwi service and cryptocurrency (important for those in Russia due to restrictions on other payment methods). Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Great prices for a great service. When you have questions or walk into problems, you can always reach out to them. I ran into a few problems and within a short period of time, they reached out to me to resolve the issues.

Good website and site support got my server within 5 mins
