I sent a WhatsApp and arranged to go in to the shop for a consult and originally planned to find a hair topper. Funmi was so helpful and reassuring I ended up with a full wig. My hair is getting incredibly thin so I wanted something to give me a bit of confidence for nights out and special occasions. Being apprehensive about a full wig, Funmi gave me such great advice and showed me how to put the wig on and gave me lots of information about taking care of the wig also. I’d definitely recommend for anyone looking for advice or to buy a topper/wig and would most certainly return to the shop!

Nice wigs and good customer service

My experience with Eternal wigs is very good. Funme put me at ease when I first went to her. I have had a topper before but my last lady retired so I had to find someone new.
Eternal wigs in Perth is local to me and very convinient.
After listening to me and discussing what I wanted a topper was ordered.
As it was being made to order it took a little longer than expected. This is understandable but i think it would be better if there was more communication between seller and client....even just a call to say the order is in hand.
Once it arrived I had a stylist at eternal wigs style my topper to my specifications. Funme also directed her and the outcome was lovely.
I am very happy with my topper and the service i received from them.

The customer service is always great. Katie is so supportive and has ensured my wigs are always styled beautifully and exactly how I want them. The communication is always excellent.

The wigs themselves are always of the highest quality and the hair smells beautiful and washes and styles as though it is my real hair. I always order my wigs from Eternal. I think I am coming up to my 15th order with them! Excellent quality and great customer service.

This is my first time buying a real hair wig, and it has been such a fantastic experience. We travelled quite a distance to visit Funmi for a one-to-one consultation in Perth, and it was completely worth it. Funmi was incredibly patient and helpful - she made sure I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while I decided on the right wig.

In the end, we chose a wig with some customisations to get it exactly the way I wanted. It arrived today, and I am absolutely delighted. The hairline is perfect - you can’t see it at all, which means I can wear it off my face with total confidence.

The hair is so soft and natural. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to synthetic wigs, and I’ll definitely be returning to Eternal Wigs whenever I’m ready for a new look. So glad I found them!

Very telling that you replied to every review to say to reach out if you were directly affected, yet prestige hair studios who you actually owe the money to left a review and theirs is the only one you haven’t responded to. Absolutely disgraceful people, nothing but money hungry scammers.

This company loves to talk about “empowering women,” yet sent a dirty, used wig to a cancer patient and are now refusing to give a refund to the women-run local business that tried to help her?

My sister, who is undergoing cancer treatment and losing her hair due to this, was counting on this wig to help her feel like herself again. Instead, she received something used and unhygienic — completely unacceptable. The local small business that ordered it for her has been left stuck, down nearly €1000, and unable to get any refund or accountability from this company.

My friend at prestige hair studios Wicklow bought a wig here, it came dirty used, the wrong colour and the wrong measurements. It cost €967, eternal wigs were made aware of these issues immediately and the wig was returned. No wig has been sent as a replacement and no refund has been given. They promised a refund 6/7 weeks ago and she’s still waiting. When she made a tik tok video about this her account was blocked! Disgusting behavior. This company is a complete scam.

I recently ordered the “Bella Wig from Eternal Wigs and I couldn’t believe how natural the wig looks.
I chose the European hair quality and the quality feels superb as well as the color.
I have decided to order another. Their team was super helpful as well and I am very happy with my Purchase.

My friend, who is currently going through cancer treatment, ordered a wig from this company back in July through a local hair studio. After waiting almost a month for it to arrive, the wig that finally came was clearly used, and very obviously faulty — it was dirty, balding, and in no condition to be sold, let alone for almost €967 plus customs fees.

This is absolutely unacceptable and deeply upsetting, the lack of compassion this company has shown is nothing short of disgraceful.

The company then promised a refund within 30 working days (even though they state 14 working days on their website), yet that deadline has long passed and no refund has been received. The lack of compassion, professionalism, and accountability from Eternal Wigs is shocking.

Do not purchase from this company. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed of how they treat vulnerable customers.

SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ETERNAL WIGS. A local salon ordered a wig for my friend who is currently going through cancer. The wig arrived balding and dirty so obviously had been worn before. The wig was returned but 30 days later still no refund and the salon has now been blocked by Eternal Wigs!! Absolute disgrace to do that to anyone but there are likely people going through cancer buying from them directly and may be left out of pocket or sent an unusable wig. Shame on you Eternal Wigs!! Please please avoid

I would not recommend that anyone purchase from here. My friend is going through cancer treatment at the moment and it was July when a wig from eternal wigs was ordered for her. It did not come until several months later, in the meantime another wig had to be purchased elsewhere. When it did finally arrive it was dirty, balding and clearly had been heavily used already! The business owner who had ordered this for my friend has been waiting for her refund of 1,000 back now for nearly 30 days! It is disgraceful and sickening a business can operate this way, especially in light of the fact, as is the case with my friend, a lot of customers who are ordering wigs could be going through something like cancer and really don’t need businesses that they turn to to help their confidence and self esteem scamming them and leaving them out of pocket, adding to their stress!

Stay away from this business.

Refund prestige hair studios !! Awful customer service! To wait over 30 days for a refund is a joke and to send a used damage wig in the first place for someone battling cancer is so awful 0/10

I “I wanted a beautiful custom made wig for my sister’s wedding.Have worn wigs before but couldn’t find the right blend or color.
I ordered a custom wig and it’s the most gorgeous human hair wig I have to say.
The wig looked so realistic and no one could tell I was wearing a wig.

I had the most fantastic appointment, I have thinning hair and was nervous but I was completely at ease withing minutes and had a great time trying on different styles until I found what suited best. delighted with my purchase.

I purchased a wig for a cancer patient that came to my salon. It cost almost 1k and I paid 287euro in customs. The wig took longer than expected to arrive. When I opened it it was dirty, faulty. Had clearly been worn, lace was pre it even though I didn't ask for that. I had to return it and I've been chasing my money ever since. Said 30 working days for a refund when the website says 14. Correspondance has been horrific not replying when I've asked for an updated taking days to a week to reply and always blaming it on another staff member etc. I'm at my wits end with this company and feel like I've no other options than legal action at this point

Well due to the fact that I still do not have my product that is now 5 days past the day it was supposed to be here I am not very happy. I'm the past when I ordered I knew it would be 30 days until I received it because it's an international order for me. But this last time for some reason they changed their courier and I still have no answers as to where my product is! They keep saying "we are in contact with the courier and we will get back to you"...I've been getting that for 5 days!
Once they change back to their original courier I'm sure there will be no problems.

Has anyone had trouble getting their refund off this firm ? Ive I’ve been waiting 7 months to no avail. I have rang the company and was promised it would be resolved and that I would receive a full refund d in 30 days… 8 weeks later still nothing😡 then to be told they had trouble with the refund transfer! Still nothing. I had received a reply from lily to say she would chase this and that it was all sorted … still nothing

When I first arrived Funmi made me feel very welcome. I was nervous about getting wig and how they would look on me, but she put me at ease and then we tried on some wigs until I was happy with my choice (European human hair) She gave me loads of advice on how to look after it and even styled it for me before I left the store. The service was excellent and my confidence has returned. Totally recommend especially if it's first time getting a wig. 10/10
