I had a very hard time getting to speak to a person and still have not gotten to speak to some one . I had an e-mail correspondence with a person , but I still don't know if I did the process correctly . I would appreciate if somebody got back to me verify if my account is ok

I have all the evidence to prove otherwise. You answered the mail of esurranty.net and sent me a new one by esurranty.com I sent all the necessary proofs in less than 15 days after I upload my complaint in the email that you provide me, the name of the person that have my case was Sean Henson, he still has not given me any answer to my case, he just told me that his supervisor was reviewing my case and they have not even answered me yet. I am no longer a customer of you because your position; you are a double face company. How could you read my complaint if you are supposedly two different companies? Why if I upload my complaint by esurranty.net you asked me by esurranty.com? You are a two faces company.

Of course, I have proof that my claim was on January 2 and the documents sent on January 4. Apparently this is the only way that you answer because since I wrote to Sean Heson many times and he never answered me saying that my complaint was not valid...

Recieved an email from esurranty offering a special to extend my current policy that I have with them at a fantastic price. With phone now being a necessity and the excellent policy that I already have with esurranty it was a no brainers to be able to extend the policy as esurranty offers excellent coverage that is as described .

I just signed up for insurance on my phone , when I /or if I ever have to use this insurance, I,ll write a RE-VIEW Then on customer service, as to how GOOD/OR BAD Service is..

Decided to insure my new Samsung with esurranty because it was just as good as where I bought my phone from and the price was affordable.

The website is very user friendly, options and pricing for coverage are clear, and, should you ever have to file a claim, the the process is easy and resolved in a timely manner.

Very easy to enroll. Their policy covers everything including loss of phone. There are some deductibles, but still better then anyone else's program. It's worth having for peace if mind.
