Exactly what I wanted

I ordered a part for my computer last night excited as I've just been paid. I woke up this morning thrilled to have the part coming that day until I got an email explaining that they have oversold the product and that a full refund has been given although, I have no received my refund.

Michael, we are incredibly sorry that we were unable to fulfill your order on this occasion. It isn't often this happens but unfortunately this time we missed the mark. Your refund was processed instantly, however as your payment was made via debit/credit card, the refund is subject to the banks standard 3-5 day turnaround (although it should appear sooner). A refund confirmation was sent to you via email.
