esupply you deserve bigger recognition in the marketplace. I have never, in many years, received better service.
I ordered a Samsung laptop at 4-20pm.
The order was acknowledged, packed and out the door by 5-00pm!
It arrived next day at 2-00pm.
Now that deserves the 5 stars!
Communication from esupply was first class., which included emails confirming payment, dispatch and a DHL tracking number.

However I do have a small problem.
After seeing my new shiny laptop, my wife wife also wants one.
Would I use esupply again?

What fantastic customer service! I have never had this much positive experience from any other company, Owen is a saint.

When I asked about the price for a CPU he immediately kept it on reserve for me and honoured the price if it went up. When I queried about Klarna payment, as it wasn't available at the time of purchase, Owen went as far to reinstate Klarna with free next day delivery on top just for me to purchase.

And the next day it arrived well packaged and safe. What an amazing service, I couldn't have asked for anything better, will definitely come back again for another upgrade towards my PC!

Best price on the market for the Ryzen 5 5600x that I bought, next day delivery was included for free which is a nice plus, had no issues at all. I was wary using this site at first because I've never heard of it but it's all legit and a great site.

I ordered a new GPU from ESupply. At first I was a little bit annoyed because they had sent me the wrong product. Brilliant customer service, couldn't have done more honestly. I emailed asking if it were possible to push the delivery back a day because I wouldn't be in, and with a CPU worth £200 I didn't want it to be left on my doorstep like most delivery services do (another story), they replied quickly and we're very helpful, and friendly!
