Good service
Did what was asked in rewriting wills. Unfortunately I felt that because the service was included in the yearly charge we were rushed and when I rang for advice I felt I was being a bother and I only rang once. Messages not passed from adviser to admin. Service not as personal as was in original will writing in 2017.

Great Service
We have used EPS for many years & review our situation every 2-3 years as recommended. We found the zoom process very easy & it was nice to put a face to the person who we were talking to. We felt listened to regarding our needs & questions were answered accordingly. The whole process was very quick & we were aware of what was happening at each step of the way.

Heather was everything we wanted and needed in a will writer and so much more. She was professional and friendly, and her experience shone through as she guided us through the process, as she asked questions that we would never have thought of.
