Poor quality, look cheap
I purchased 2 of these expensive clothing racks as I wanted a product that looked good and was sturdy. Products arrived from China, not rose gold but musk in colour, dented and paint chipped. They look cheap which is so disappointing, given I paid over $600. Estilo said they sourced products froma ll over the world but actually they come from China and are of poor quality. Moreover, the only reviews on their website are 5 star because they post any others. Steer clear!
Awful - item not arrived
Agree with all other reviews. Been waiting over 40 days. Had to chase a tracking number but then when you put the tracking number in it doesn’t tell you anything. I’ll review again when (if) it arrives to comment on quality.
So badly made
Took almost two months to arrive. The pendant light had to be completely rewired as it was dangerously thin wire. The whole thing was so badly made it was hard to get it to hang straight.

Potential scam
Unfortunately same story as many here. Ordered an item over 2 months ago now. I originally did not receive a tracking number so I reached out to their customer service (which was responsive) and they did provide it but it has been saying the items are shipping separately from a warehouse in china for weeks now. I am going to try to get a refund at this point . I also strangely can no longer find the emails from them.
Totally non-existent service
Ordered a cutlery set on 12 Feb. On 19 Feb I got an email to say there was a 7-10 day delay. Heard nothing through to 11 March when I placed a dispute via Paypal for a refund. Totally shonky business. They never responded to 3 email requests. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This seems to be either a scam website or a poorly run company at best.
Purchased item
Waiting for far too long. The online shop did not inform me the item I had purchased was out of stock. Subsequently, it took 4 weeks for the item to even be shipped.
Lots of long, soppy emails apologising but ideally I just want the light that the client is waiting to have installed.
I will be recommending clients do not purchase goods from estilo until they place "in stock" functions online. Sadly, a trend that is happening more and more on these online boutique stores.

I’ve ordered an item 14 days ago and haven’t heard from them since , I emailed them and they came back after a few days saying that they will have a look into it. And that was it , again few days gone and no answer, my item wasn’t even shipped yet , I asked for a refund so I’m waiting to see if they reply , if not I will take this forward. Such a bad company, I wish I read the reviews before .

Their address is on my credit card statement and when you Google maps it it’s just a house not even a shop or business.

Estilo-Living does NOT back up the performance of their products.
We purchased a wall mount magnifying lighted mirror. Upon receiving and mounting, we could that the light is very poor and does not illuminate the face. It only lights the perimeter of the mirror. We are unhappy and requested a refund. After a long period an email requested a video of the light. We sent that and received an email response that the light meets their expectations.
Therefore the products poor performance and certainly failure to do the one thing that mirror is for is their expectation. As an apology they offered $30 coupon toward another purchase of poorly manufactured products. Not even a 1/3 of what we paid.
I only issue 1 star as zero stars are not available.

I bought some silk/tencel pillow cases in the color lux green. They were pretty and soft but I hated the 2 week wait time. Worth it though because now I get to sleep cool and refreshed.
