I had a hair transplant. Everything went very smoothly. I like how the graphs were placed, had very little swelling and didnt even had to use a head band. They had some initial anaesthetic device that makes the whole experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Eye procedure
From the moment we walked in the clinic we felt very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful, they welcomed us and answered all our questions. As for the Dr. He too was very professional and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions, he was very patient with us and did not push us to make a decision right away. Once we the decided to go ahead with the surgery, the facility was first class and everything went smooth. We will recommend this clinic to all our friends.

I booked from Scotland via fb,they arranged my flight transfer and hotel which was wonderfull as I only paid a £300 deposit and the rest on arrival at the hospital £1300 for hair transplant.
Salam my contact on Watts app was brilliant he arranged it all ,and was very helpfull.
My contact English speaking female was great and assisted me throughout,very nice girl..
The procedure went well with 2 nurses and 1 consultant ,which took 5 hours to complete.
I had a check up next day. Wash. Clean my scalp and reecieved medication for pain relief and antibiotics and returned to my hotel 4 star and flew home next day,all went well.
I give the whole experience 7.5 out of 10,as there is room for improvement.
Firstly a good English speaking contact point at airport is a must after flying for 4 hours,not a young boy that has no English ability took 20 mins to get me my transfer ! Not good...After some poor communication and pick up location confusion...not great.
2nd....when I'm having the hair transplant with 2 nurses either side of my head talking in Turkish not very relaxing ,irritating as i dont speak Turkish..with people coming in and out of my treatment room,like a Saturday cafe get together ,this was not professional or relaxing for me!
Gentle soft music to help me relax and not a constant stream of people coming and going would have been much more professional, its my skull ,head ,and hair under local anasthetic and I want your undivided attention during my paid procedure.!
Other than these minor points I'm am very happy overall but nothing is perfect and we can always do better.

Fantastic care and experience
The whole experience with Esthete Clinic from the begining to end was fantastic! My husband was able to arrange the appointment from the UK with no delay or problems. When we arrived at Turkey the pick up went smoothly with no delays and was presented with a clean spacious vehicle, the driver was warm and friendly. The whole team from the drivers to the interpreter her name is Ipek and the driver Ilhan were both so lovely and friendly. Ipek the interpreter spoke very good English and was able to explain every step of the operation and aftercare clearly and professionally, she works very hard and I could tell she is very committed to her job and role. The hotel was very nice and so was the food. Overall my husband and I give Esthete Clinic 10/10 for their service, the operation and aftercare. We highly recommend this clinic.
