Not really impressed with being ignored. It's been days and no one seems to want to help. It's almost impossible to get help from anyone here even though you say it's 24/7/365.

Estage, since you work with four percent, could you kindly tell them to actually give refunds that they promised to customers? These companies take advantage of people who are in vulnerable situations and / or trying to better themselves and could not care less what happens to you.

I was getting frustrated with my issue. Jay helped me fix the problem so quick; I was amazed.

I am always impressed with the speed of support responses and their ability to solve my issues almost immediately. I don’t request help from support often but every time I have it was the same. I usually work with Nigel but everyone else I worked with provided the same service. I applaud that team.
