After another disappointing experience with customer service, and a trip to my tailor to attach a new strap to the corrected hardware, I finally have the perfect strap for this beautiful bag, and I love it.
The bag style and quality is 5 star, however the customer service and lack of quality control with purchasing an extra strap has let this company down.

Really disappointed 😞 the hardware colours (gold) are different on the latch and the adjusters, and don’t match my bag; and the white colour on the strap looks dirty.

Such an amazing product. I now have a medium black cerlewis for my work bag and a burgundy mini for every day and going out. Love changing the straps too, striped canvas for casual and the leather with gold for a fancy night out! It's genuinely the perfect bag, so practical I can fit everything I need in it without having to go "digging around" like I would with other handbags.

I received my first Est2026 small grey bag as a gift a year or so ago and I have never looked back! I have just purchased the Rose Curlewis Medium and even though I adore the cuteness of the smaller bag, this one is just so useful and has so much space. Their 3 strap choices are all great and interchangeable, which is a real bonus. The leather is easy to keep clean and unlike some other bags I've had, this one doesn't lose its shape at all.
I'm so happy with both of my Est2026 bags and so grateful for Jo and Cat's vision come to life!

I love the quality and interchangeable straps with these bags. I bought the grey medium sized and small pink bags and absolutely love them! The grey bag I tend to use for work and it easily holds everything I need. It also has a handy pocket for my bus pass so I don't need to go into my bag or get my purse out. My small pink bag is perfect for a night out. My only dilemma is which one to get next.

This truly is the perfect bag! I love that you can change straps and completely update the look. It also fits SO MUCH, without looking bulky.
