I should have received 300 Nectar pts from an Esso garage in addition to my normal Nectar points, one went through on 11/5/26 and then a new one came in and on the 19/5/26, the last day I filled my car up, received the normal Nectar points but not the 300. They are now saying this is the same promotion as one was sent by email the other on the Nectar App.
I’ve been wasting my time with emails back and forth and they are adamant they are correct but state it might be confusing for their customers so are going to change the way and make it easier to understand.
Well I’ve had enough and decided to boycott all Esso garages in future. I also received another offer of 4 x points next time I filled up but this hasn’t happened either!
