In depth course
The commentary was very fast so it was useful to stop and start to make notes. The course covered a lot of ground, over and above what I personally needed, however, the exam in comparison was straightforward and easy to complete.

AI Generated Rubbish - Avoid
The robot voice is just about bearable at a high enough speed but the AI generated content is awful. It frequently replaces technical words with synonyms, making it difficult to parse - e.g. (on an electrical course) replacing 'power' with 'strength' or 'electric shock' with 'electric surprise'. It's sometimes funny how bad it is but it's also very off-putting and makes me question the accuracy and value of the course.
Each slide has an image, many of which could have been used to show practical examples of what's being described but are instead just generic.
It may be cheap, but it's not worth your time or money.

Outstanding customer support from Anthony!
Outstanding customer support from Anthony!
I ran into a minor snag after purchasing an online training course when the portal accidentally assigned the module to my name instead of my employee's.
I jumped onto live chat and connected with Anthony, who was absolutely brilliant. Even though I didn't have a standard company setup, He created one for me and he took the time to explain everything to me step-by-step to set up a proper business dashboard for my account.
He sorted out the learner assignment so the training link and certificate could go directly to my PA. Anthony made what could have been a confusing process completely effortless, and I am so grateful for his patience and clear guidance. Excellent service. Thank you, Anthony!
