I ordered a lipstick that took a long time to receive, I also never got a shipping confirmation. When I received the lipstick the tube was broken. I reached out to the company asking how to return it or get a replacement and they asked me to send a picture of the tube. I sent a picture but never heard back, a week later I reached out again asking if they viewed my pictures and still got no response. So now I have a lipstick I can't use and I'm out my money.

Got CaviArgan as gift, love it, wanted to buy more

I received my product an inside of my lipstick casing. There was no lipstick reached out to the company to let them know and they said they could not send me more product because it was unavailable so I’m asking for a refund for the last week and I have not heard back from anyone. I need this to be addressed or I will be reaching out to Better Business Bureau to let them know what kind of service I have had with this company until I get my money back.

As per my last review
As per my last review, a couple of weeks ago. AGAIN I ordered and paid for a bundle of 5 x 50ml Argan Oil. My money was AGAIN refunded. I lost $ due to the exchange rate...AGAIN. NO explanation as to why I could not purchase Argan oil.AGAIN.
This is disgusting practice from a company that I have loyally purchased from for years. Be very aware new customers, this company is not accountable or reliable.

Whilst my order was accepted cancelled and money refunded
Whilst my order was accepted, the amount paid was refunded to my account without explanation.
I have been an idrotherapy client since the product was launched and my subscriptions have been dealt with in the same manner. I am not receiving the product ordered, nor my regular subscriptions. I have no choice other then to source another product, which is disappointing.

Essence of Argan is a great product
Essence of Argan is a great product. I underwent a knee replacement in March 2025 and I originally used Essence of Argan on my scar three times a day from June onwards last year. My scar is healing well and can hardly see it now.
I have been using Essence of Argan on my face the last few weeks too, and it is a great moisturiser. Face lines have got smoother.
I highly recommend Essence of Argan.

I have informed you several times by email that the last time I ordered 2 out of 5 jars of cream, they were chewed up, almost dried out and unusable. It was probably tampered with at customs. Customer service said that they would send me an extra jar during shipping as a goodwill gesture from your company. Please do not forget the sixth jar during shipping. Thank you.
