Espresso Rescue Anmeldelser

Really fast emergency call out, efficient diagnosis and repair. Really happy to recommend and use again!

I recently had the pleasure of using Espresso Rescue in Nottingham for a full service of my coffee machine, and I couldn't be more impressed. The owner, Vittorio, was extremely professional from the first contact. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, sending me detailed pictures and videos of the work being done. This transparency was a fantastic touch.

Vittorio also took the time to offer expert advice on how to keep my machine in top condition moving forward, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and level of care was second to none. I highly recommend Espresso Rescue for any coffee machine servicing needs and will definitely be relying on them for all my future maintenance. Outstanding service all

Perfect and speedy fix!
Excellent service and affordable, I recommend.

Fantastic service and great updates. They have totally revived our coffee machine. Brilliant

Absolutely superb service 10/10
Highly recommended

Highly recommend. Vittorio was great and really took care of our coffee machine. We received videos of our service and constant communication throughout. Not only was the machine serviced but parts were upgraded, a little leak fixed and the machine polished. We will be back for our next service.

Good communications, satisfactory value for money and the optional extra of restoring the metal to a shine is impressive.

Vittorio was extremely friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issues with my machine sending me images and videos of all the problems unearthed and giving me options of how to proceed with full pricing. Given the age of the machine and issues identified I asked for a full refurbishment and an upgrade to the steam wand (cool touch and s shaped). Vittorio made an exceptional job of this, the machine looks like new and with the other small internal upgrades he made along the way is probably better than when it arrived from the factory 14 years ago. He even offered to help me with inital dialing in of my new grinder (Always used preground before) and gave me a small bag of his espresso roast coffee (which if you like a good intense but smooth traditional Italian style espresso - I do - is beautiful). Service of the highest standard at a very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Espresso Rescue to anyone needing repair/upgrade, Thank you Vittorio.

Great service from start to finish. They fixed, serviced and cleaned my Sage Oracle so it was as good as new. Thanks!

I contacted the team via whatsapp and sent a video together with my issue, and my machine needed to have the grinder looking at.
I was told it was an easy fix and was informed that I didn't need a service as the machine was otherwise in good working order.
Great communication, fair prices and great work would definitely recommend.
The beans they have for sale are great and would recommend buying them to.

Had a really great experience, great communication and sorted the issues and got my coffee machine back to me very quick, if I have any more issues I will not hesitate in getting back in contact

Brilliant company. I contacted Espresso Rescue for help with obtaining parts / checking out a Sage machine.
They were very helpful, providing me with advice and recommendations. If I had to send my machine off to be fixed then they would be my first choice!

Fast and knowledgeable service from Vittorio! Sorted my problem on the same day, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need! Would definitely recommend!

Sage Coffee Machine. After 18 months without a machine and nobody seemingly able to repair Sage machines I was stuck. Then I came across these guys and it was sorted in no time. Easy process and very local.

Great service
Great communication
Great prices

My machine is working amazing after a service!!! Would highly recommend

Brilliant service.
Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly.
We really appreciated the great communication and aftercare.
We will definitely be back in future, and plan to use the company for regular maintenance.
Thanks again for such great service!

Espresso Rescue have fixed my DeLonghi La Specialista machine while many other repair places refused to even diagnose a home coffee machine. The repair was carried out as soon as the parts arrived and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
Definitely recommend.

My Rancilio machine was not working well and I booked it in for a service, dropped it off and picked it up a week later. It’s better than new. I had a new pump fitted as well as the regular service and it has made a big difference. Coffee is superb, smoother and tastier with the same bean blend. Thanks ever so much Espresso Rescue. Highly recommended.

Espresso Rescue did a fantastic job on my Sage Barista. He took the machine in quicker than expected and gave me a breakdown of the issues only a few days later. Upon collection he also provided me with advice on keeping the machine in good order going forward! (As well as a sample of high quality Italian beans!)

Id highly recommended them to anyone with any coffee machine problems.
