All parts (apart from universal items) are model number specific and model details should be used to confirm suitability.
Suitability of genuine parts need to be verified using the 'Models this fits' option on the product page.
We want you to be totally happy with your eSpares purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is incompatible, damaged or faulty, simply return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund.

The item failed, but they refunded me fully.
I bought an element for a Hotpoint tumble dryer in September 2025 and it failed after 6 months so I had to buy another element from a local company. I contacted the eSpares and they refunded the original cost including the cost of postage, which I think was very fair of them. I gave them 4 stars as the part had failed, these things happen. They couldn't have done more.
