jag fick jättebilliga flygbiljetter direkt flyg från Bosnien och Hercegovina till Stockholm

På gränsen till scam. Jag skulle boka ett visst flight med Ryanair och klickade på en länk "ryanair lågriskalender". slängde ett snabbt öga på webadressen som jag kom in på ryanair (.esky.se). Hemsidan kändes inte helt bekant men tyvärr var jag lite stressad och tänkte att ryanair hade en ny layout/samarbete. Mina flight kom upp till de priser som jag förväntat mig och var summerat korrekt till höger. Hade jag scrollat ner hade jag sett att en serviceavgift på över 1400 tillkom motsvarande 24% av biljettpriset - ja den stod tydligt specad men inte i synfältet. jag reagerade dumt nog inte att totalsumman var högre än biljettpriset när jag kom till bokning/betalning. Japp- jag var superklantig men hela upplägget är otydligt. Och vad får jag för 1400:-? Inget. Försökte ringa men de hänvisade bara till att det var "out of office hour" hela dagen. De har svarat på kontaktformuläret men tar inget ansvar för otydlighet. Varför ratar 50% av alla dem med 1 stjärna? Inte för att det inte går att boka eller att de är otrevliga - däremot ett otydligt upplägg med hemsidan ( webadress, ryanair står ovanför sökfältet, inte direkt synlig serviceavgift) som lätt vilseleder och skamligt höga serviceavgifter.

Jag lurades av att deras sida hette Wizzair(.esky.com) och var den site som kom upp först när jag trodde att jag bokade på Wizz Air… jag bokade två tillägg och tyckte att det blev väldigt dyrt men noterade inte att det berodde på att de adderade en Serviceavgift på 1514,37 SEK!!!
Jag borde givetvis ha varit mer uppmärksam men anser att det är på gränsen till lurendrejeri.

Terrible fejk company. Watch out. Everything look ok, until check in, when they without information voided your tickets.

The company again demanded extra payment for mailing a bookig confirmation. if you did not pay you did not get the booking confirmation.
A bigg lie - at the airport the local flight company solved this problem with out you have to pay.
Again a way to try to cheat there clientes.
The company are mailing you and keep stating we will contact you soon and also stating that they have phoned and mailed you - again with out a trace after all there contact problems - again without getting calls or mail from the company.

Varning for esky. They have charged me 650 SEK for their service when I ordered a one way ticket without informing me of this charge in advance. I also had to pass a lof of adverts for different insurences before finalizing the order. It is not possible to call them, you alleays get the answer that you calling outside their bussines hours. This is a bluf company!

Understandable and good service thank you

Köpte en resa till Prag 30/12-20. Hem 3/1-21. Längesedan! Flygbolaget Ryanair ställde in flyget på grund av Covid-19. Betalade:3.153.06 kronor. Trots kontakt med Esky har jag inte fått några pengar tillbaka. Bedrövligt! Kan inte släppa detta! Hur kan ett sådant här företag få hålla på att blåsa folk?

jag betalade bileter till corfu men jag fick aldrig flygresa eller pengarna tillbacka.

Tydligt & lätt kunde jag hitta information om försäkringar mm när jag bokade!

Det var lätt att göra bokningen. Och den var tydlig

God kommunikation

Skulle boka flygstolar tur och retur Alicante. Fick ett totalpris, betalade. Nästa morgon fick jag ett mail att den betalningen bara gällde ena vägens biljett. För att få returresans biljett skulle vi betala nästan lika mycket. Vi krävde annullering av flygresan. De menade att då vi inte betalt hela resan så gällde inte den försäkring med full återbetalning. Vi fick tillbaka litet mer än hälften av det vi betalade.
Ett riktigt Scam-företag!
Vi har fått riktig hjälp av Booking.com - boka där istället!

Due to a miscommunication I have had two tickets book in my name on the same flight. One of the bookings were made by somebody else for me via the Airline`s portal, and the other one was made by me via Esky. Upon realising the mistake I was trying to cancel my booking (even though I understood that the ticket was non-refundable, I still wanted to at least get the flight tax back). Support was impossible to get to. The only help I have gotten was from a bot that told me that the Airline needs to handle cancellation and refunds. On the phone the airline`s support has told me that I was eligible for refund due to double tickets, but the refund should go through Esky. Tried to reach back to Esky, but submitting a request by filling in their form doesn't seem to warrant any response other than a confirmation that a request has been submitted. When calling the given phone number during the given working hours, I got told by an automatic answering machine, that I have called outside business hours (in the middle of a week day). The only help was the bot, that kept saying that the refund is only handled through the airline, keep promising that a human agent will enter the chat to talk to me (which was a lie since it never happened in a course of an entire day), and refusing to give any other way to contact the support.

Feel overall scammed, and feel rather dumb for paying in advance.

A complaint about Esky was submitted to the airline, as was suggested by their support.

Riktigt dåligt. Vid bokningen kunde jag inte lägga till incheckat bagage utan hemsidan hänvisar till "mitt konto". Loggar in och ingenstans kan man göra detta. Kontaktar kundservice som meddelar att det måste man lägga till inom 24 timmar från avresan.
Vid betalning av resan ges möjligheten att få den på faktura, så jag klickar i det alternativet, men systemet envisas ändå med att begära kortuppgifter. I tron om att det är av säkerhetsskäl gör jag så, 5 sekunder senare har det totala beloppet dragit från mitt konto.
Så NEJ, eSKY är inte att rekommendera. Gick in på Momondo, det hela tog ca 2 minuter.
