I've had a great experience with Nems,
They helped me set up the eSIM even though I don't have the first clue of how to do so.

I saw an advert in the Times to try this eSim when I was going to Georgia. It is not a country that my current mobile network provider (EE) offer a reasonable package.

The installation was simple and I got message that it will work when I arrive. And it did!

The speed of download was good and eSIM-On has partnered with some good providers that offered reliable 4G pretty much throughout our trip in Tbilisi. One of the speed tests showed 199Mbps download 4Mbps upload.

When I had to ask for support via WhatsApp, they were very responsive. I was concerned that even though it said I had installed the eSIM, you are not going to know if it is going to work until you land.

It was a good price for the 4 days we were there. The 1Gb offer was reasonable. I didn't think I was a big data user, but perhaps if they had a few more variety of packages rather than jump 1Gb to the next band, that would be better.

All in all, v happy. Will use them again when I go on the next trip.

La VPN per la Cina non ha funzionato, non è stato possibile connettersi a Google, Facebook, Instagram.
Le informazioni per attivare la esim non sono chiare.
L’esim acquistata per 30 gg con 10 Gb attivato una volta giunti in Cina come da procedura si è scaricata dopo 7 giorni senza essere riuscita a caricare nemmeno una foto sui social .

This apps is very useful and helpful. Easy to use and install and top up the balance. And I could use it again later in future by toping up the balance. The support whenever you have an issues or problem also quick response and helpful. Thanks

I had trouble starting the process installing the esim. I had an immediate response to my email and was put through to Carl. Using WhatsApp and screenshot he had me up and running very quickly. I have no problem awarding 5 stars.

La verdad que el uso es bueno, buena señal. Particularmente yo tuve problemas para instalar la esim por mi país y luego para cargarla x temas de mi navegador. Pero su centro de atención al cliente, siempre tuvo una solución a cada uno de los inconvenientes de forma amable, sencilla y sin rendirse. Muy buen servicio y trabajo. Eso sí, estaría bueno una atención en español 😉

Good experience and good ate dance with Nems

The big telecom companies are sharks feeding off people who don’t know about, or daren’t try eSIM/eSIMs. If we had used EE we would have paid, in a day, what eSIM deliver for 15 days. Even more impressive, when I stuffed up the install they walked me through it, instantly, online, making everything quick and easy to get up and running properly. Compare that with EE ‘support’ ….takes hours to respond, gives you duff info, etc., etc., etc.

PS: Big shout out to tech support wizard Nems, great technical info communicated extremely well.

Fantastic product, even more so the customer experience! I had an issue once overseas as I did some of the steps wrong. Chatted via WhatsApp and (Carl, amazing) solved it straight away. From lost to back to this world in no time!
