This outfit is taking a bank transaction out of my account for 29.99 no idea who it is but it’s a non authorised payment.

Never signed up somehow got my infomation and tried to take money from my bank luckily theyre blocked from taking

Scammers ..I have no idea who you guys are or what you guys do ..took my money from bank ...reported to bank for fraud activity

I have no subscription to this company and never even heard of them before yet they keep taking money out of my bank!!

I have sent emails and trust you will cancel your payments so I can live my life without my card being blocked! Thankson your website you claim no attachment to my details yet still try to take my money

I haven’t even got a membership/subscription with this company and they are taking money out of my bank!! I need someone to contact me ASAP to resolve this issue!

Same thing as others are saying... They take random amounts at random dates... I got them blocked

If there would be a chance of giving zero star i would ....SCAMMER THEY STOLE FROM MY ACCOUNT FIRST 29.99 AND THEN TWO PAYMENT OF 69.00 I HAVE REPORT EVERYTHING TO POLICE AND TO THE BANK. I HAVE EMAILED THEM ALSO AND HAD ZERO RESPOND

I noticed a transaction on apple pay from my bank card from this (eshopsecu.com protect) website and I have not made any purchases or agreed to any subscription on this website. It is currently 4:15am and I have been looking everywhere for any evidence of a “subscription” to this random website. Not a single email or invoice. I have never heard of it in my life and they took £29.99 from me, through apple pay. I DID NOT consent or approve this transaction through my banking app. I have no idea who they are and I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I have been scammed. Do not trust a single thing about them. If you get a transaction from them, they have scammed you.

I noticed I’d signed up to these by accident when I made a purchase online. I then swiftly cancelled my account with them, and got a confirmation email to say that it had been completed.
They then tried to take a payment of £29.99 AFTER I’d cancelled the subscription with them!
Luckily my bank caught it as fraud!

Had to give it one star to be able to post a review. This company has been unlawfully taking transactions from my back account. I failed to notice at first, they started with 29.99 then gradually started taking larger sums. I have never heard of them, at one point they took money from my account using a different name. I’ve reported them to the fraud office in my bank. They are currently investigating them. I never signed up to them and had never heard of them. I would advise people who make online purchases to look through their online bank accounts to see if they show up on their accounts. This company is FRAUD with a capital F. If you see them on your account report them immediately. Beware of ordering from Whoucher as both seem to work hand in hand.

SCAMMERS. NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE JUST STOLEN £69 FROM MY BANK. DO NOT TRUST THEM. CHECKING WITH MY BANK CUSTOMER HELP LINE THEY HAVE STOLEN MORE OVER SEVERAL MONTHS INCLUDING £30 PAYMENTS.

What's going on. Robbed £29 last month and £69 this month. Have no idea what is going on. They have no reason to rob me.

Just park take no responsibility for a pop up that appears when you are in their app. It auto renews at £69 which they take straight from your card/bank.
The process of getting a refund from eshopsecu.com is automated and non responsive. I was lucky and caught it when it was pending in my account, otherwise the money would have been taken. Never received emails or anything from them to say they were taking my money.

These robbing buggers are taking £29, £69 every month and I have no idea why. Its like I have signed a subscription and so the bank then says refunds are not possible but the fact is I have never signed anything

Edit: I was contacted and they have refunded the charges in full. They couldnt confirm where I had signed up so god knows what happened. 2 stars for refunding money but cant give anymore as this could of cost me hundreds of pounds if I hadnt noticed and no emails were sent by company confirming any subscription had been set up. Seems a but sneaky.

Pure fraud , had a parking cancelled through Just Park and there was a pop up window asking me to claim my refund back through just park app and it gave you limited time to do so. So I claimed my refund , just to see that they have deduct the money from my card. Shame on just park for allowing this fraudulent trick to be used disgusted . I will raise a claim with my card provider and claim the refund I will also report this to the daily mail and bbc to uncovered people behind just park and this fraudulent company

Pure scammers, crafty marketing on Just Park app. I was due a refund and the way the banner worked even though I usually pretty clued up even fooled me to think I had to click to get my refund from Just Park.

Tried to take another £69 from me yesterday but my CC company must know there tricks and blocked the sale.

I disputed my transactions with CC and have got all my money back.

i have been charged with £69.00 and i don’t know what it is i dont recognise this so called company and no one i know recognise them either i want a full refund of my money because this is a joke im going on holiday soon and need money and they charge me with stupid amounts this is the 2nd time this has happened.

This is a trick - legal one but a trick all the same. I got caught when cancelling a parking space on Just Park I’ve just worked out. It looks like you’re claiming your refund but it actually signs you up to this. Shame on Just Park for being in partnership with this company. I have just phoned Just Park customer service and they have given me their spiel that I should have read the 3rd party advertising company pop up properly before pressing the button. Yes I should. However, the way it pops up and timing of it fools you into thinking that this is how you request your Just Park refund. I know it, loads of people on the reviews of this 3rd part company know it, the 3rd party company knows it, my credit card company knows it and Just Park knows it. Just Park doing business with this 3rd party for their advertising revenue is really disappointing as I’ve found Just Park to be great for years and used them a lot. It’s basically a trick of Just Park customers that they are allowing.

helped me get my refund back when the seller was ghostin me. didn’t expect much but they sorted it.
