The product itself is 5 star. The mattress is very comfortable, controls work easily on remote, even better on the app. The motor is very quiet. Its so nice to put on a light before you enter the room with the app. The bed unit is quality plus. I wish the box the bed came in would indicate the side and direction you should open the box. By that I mean an arrow on the box would show you the direction of the foot of the bed. For now it does not. You might end up either turning the heavy unit over again or putting it back inside the box and then turning it again. You will need at least 2 people to put this together because of the weight. It was worth it.

This is our second bed we have ordered from eshine. I bought one a few months ago for my daughter. It is amazing and she no longer has back issues. I just ordered one last week for myself and husband. We got the mattress with the cooling gel and it amazing.We are just impressed the comfort and how affordable the bed is. I have recommended this bed to everyone I know.

So far so good!! Only had ours a week.

The bed itself is very nice. However the shipping process is a joke. Each piece was shipped separately. We got the mattresses one day. two days later we got half of the split king bed we ordered. The other half of the bed did not come until 4 days AFTER the first half of the frame arrived. I tried calling customer service and got a recording to leave a message, but the mailbox is full so you can not leave a message. It’s impossible to speak with someone. I did finally get an email back but no real help. Then I see the bed is cheaper now than when I bought it “on sale” so I asked for a cash refund since I haven’t gotten my bed yet in the amount of the current sale. I got an email back saying they would refund me the difference. No refund as of yet. I’m not real impressed with the customer service at all.

The bed is very comfortable. I received the it before the expected date, it’s very easy to assemble.

Quick service. Only suggestion would be more thorough communication with the customer. I was getting nervous that I had been scammed when I wasn't hearing about my order.

Well I order a mattress and a sync cable last month I have received the mattress But have NOT received the sync cable I have been in contact with someone about this issue but have NOT received my cable or any idea where it is or where it went And no idea when it will be shipped

This product came very quickly and three different deliveries. We got the split king so easy to put together, everything on it worked, so fancy with up/downs, vibrating everywhere even has lights underneath and we slept so good from the first night on, my husband swears it has helped his back! never dreamed we’d be able to afford a bed like this…

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bed! We purchased the split king with the 14 inch hybrid mattress, and it is an absolute dream! I have serious spine and joint issues and the mattress is so comfortable! The base was so simple to set up, took my husband and I less than half an hour from start to finish. I was nervous as we had previously had an adjustable bed that cost double what this was, but I can assure anyone that you will not be disappointed! High quality, VERY comfortable and well made bed at an incredible price point!

Shipping was fast. I was worried about buying a bed without being able to try it first but it arrived quickly. Everything worked out well. It took only minutes to get it set up. Very comfortable. Very happy with my purchase. I ordered a twin XL with the 14" hybrid mattress medium plush.
