Unfortunately I had to return the…
Unfortunately I had to return the lovely Camilla dress as it was too long on me and I would have lost the beautiful border by shortening the length. On my call to Lucy explaining my reason for returning the dress she completely understood and on the day she received the dress back by courier a refund was in my bank.I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with Escape Boutique again, excellent service overall.

Excellent service
Excellent service, got a phone call to let me know that the item i ordered was not available. Gave a detailed description of an alternative item, which sounded great, and when they arrived, which was very quickly, I was delighted with the replacement

Very helpful
Very helpful. The owner went in on the weekend and tried the dress on for me and sent me photos of the dress on so I could work out the sizing.
