The therapist was great
The therapist was great, the only reason it isn't a 5 is because the website has issues & I needed the therapist to send me the paperwork via email. Also there's no help on the site & no one to message or call when it's glitchy or if there's a question. I probably won't recommend this site again.

Easy to follow forms, great return communications that our forms had been received and a Medical staff person would be back in touch with us. Emails, texts we're very informative and detailed, well within the advertised time-frame and a very nice interview to complete the process and receive our ESA Certificate!!! Terrible Customer Support
They don't reply emails. Sending a contact form is also useless. This company seems to run in auto-pilot without customer support. Also, the platform only accepts US phones, and for people from abroad, about to move to the USA, this is a problem. Y had to reach the therapist using public contact information, and explain my situation so he ended up calling to my non-us phone.
