We used this marketing service to promote our villa in Spain to international buyers after having no success with a number of high profile local agents for 3 years we wanted to try something different, and the results exceeded our expectations. Our property is a high-end villa located just outside Alicante, complete with two self-contained apartments that generated strong rental income during the summer season on Airbnb. Its excellent location and easy access from Alicante Airport made it particularly attractive to overseas investors and holiday-home buyers as most of our tenants booked in from other parts of Europe and the US.

From the beginning, the process was professional and transparent. Before any advertising went live, the agent assigned to us prepared a detailed draft listing for our approval. Save your money and go directly with a local estate agent. I needed to sell my property overseas, was informed that yes this was the company for me and there was interest in the area I was selling so confidently paid the fee. I waited and waited, no feedback, no communication nothing. Any communication was initiated by myself and they would reply and I was always informed that they weren’t a local agency so enquiries were on an international basis, always excusing and covering up a complete lack of commitment to selling my property. My property has now sold, through a local agency. Avoid throwing your money away and go directly through a local agency
