I ordered a "build a saber" and the parts I wanted for it were all on pre-order basis. As such, the delivery took a little over 5 weeks instead of 4, but the saber was WORTH THE WAIT!
It's bigger than I expected, but that's not a problem.

A lot of people here claim issues with communication, but any time I emailed them, they replied exactly in a week, which is to be expected.

There's nothing I can complain about, I just have to get myself a few of the alignment rings they offer, because I'm a damn perfectionist 😀

So, like I said: great product, decent delivery time, and good enough communication.

I ordered two lightsabers and bases from ES Sabers on 21 August 2025 (Order #ESS17195). Since 23 August, the order has been stuck in “production” with no updates.

I emailed them several times and even called – no reply, no customer support, nothing. Nearly a month later, I have no product and no explanation.

This feels like a scam. If a company can’t even bother to answer their customers, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Save your money and look elsewhere – plenty of other reliable saber companies out there that actually deliver and communicate with their customers.

Bought 1 mystery box initially then decided to add a second a few days after. No problems adding the additional item, very pleased with the customer service.
The sabers are very well built with excellent features and my kids love them. As good as the ones Disney sell for twice the price. Would highly recommend

I bought a custom lightsaber at Megacon Manchester which was an incredibly fun experience! Once I got home I realised the blade I had bought was too long, I reached out to ES sabers to ask about and exchange and they responded very quickly and immediately let me know I could send it back. The communication during the exchange was perfect and now I’ve got the perfect lightsaber!

The lightsaber is excellent quality and my experience of this company has made it even better.

Over 10 weeks now and still nothing. No reply to the e-mail asking where it is back in July. Can’t ring the company. Just avoid, wish I’d never bothered. Will be reporting as fraud tomorrow to try and recoup the money I’ve wasted.

I bought the apprentice lightsaber as I this is my first experience with a lightsaber. The price was cheap and affordable for a beginner. Arrived within 2 days of ordering and all business was done swiftly. Shipping can be expensive but that is to be expected with a smaller business, Plus the quality of the saber makes up for it. As I said, The quality and craftmanship for this saber is wonderful. easy to understand and charge and can be used in quick time. Would buy another one from here again!

Very well made, sound effects is awesome, it’s so with the money

Ordered sabre June 24th for my son's birthday in July. With claimed 2 week delivery time I hoped it would be there but after an email it was confimed they wouldn't be able to make it for them - fair enough.
However we're now 7 WEEKS on and still no sabre, no indication of when we might get it.
Tried emailing and webchat to find out what's happening but no replies.
Tried phoning but voicemail is full (not a good sign).
Unhappy child and unhappy parent. Online they talk about reputation and customer service but my experience so far is shocking.
Still hoping they can make good but currently would recommend avoiding due to terrible service.

Bought a battery which was wrong issue was that when I emailed their support twice I never heard back about refund/ exchange…

I ordered a saber on 21st june which entered production on 23rd June 7:36pm this is the last update I have received.

I emailed on 22nd July to ask if there were any updates at all.. no reply

This was a 2nd purchase from ES Sabers, the first experience was amazing which took from 19th may to 13th June, this also included an automatic running behind on production email update on the 3rd June.

Update - Received on 22 August. Fantastic saber, just a shame about the lack of communication.

I’ve returned a Saber my son purchased, terrible customer service, cannot speak to anyone on phone as no one answers, sent numerous emails, had only I reply to ask what I wanted, tried messagings, directed to email…… Still nothing no refund and receipt confirms they received item back 11 days ago! Please contact me as requested.

Ordered 3 Sabers: 2 arrived fine the 3rd missing all the electrical components within the hilt ( so an empty hilt). Have emailed the company many times have not received a response. I have now sent the saber with the missing parts back and requesting a refund (with tracking so I know it has been received) and not received any communication back.

Met them at megacon, very nice guys wanted a lightsaber for years, lots of help defiantly buy some stuff from them if you get the chance

Everything is great. Only issue was no tracking until ups received and not really an issue just didn't know when would be delivered

I ordered a saber from them it was an empty hilt luke ep 6 and it has arrived completely different from what the photo had shown when I bought it colours are off and there’s a button that want on the photo, I’m waiting and hoping for a response so that I can receive a refund and send it back.
