I love the entire line of products. Everything has always been excellent quality and performs as purported. Ordered from Erozul more than once. Excellent customer service team. When the item I ordered was out of stock I was contacted and offered the next option up from my original selection or a full refund. I chose the upgrade. I would like to stress how much this type of customer service is disappearing. Erozul is getting it right. If it's not right they make it right. How much else could you ask for?

The only criticism I have is....... no duffle bag???? I love these products. Secure, no smells, durable quality. Lifetime customer!

It was fine only one issue with the PH monitor its not coming on, and it already has batteries in there so, I don’t know what wrong with it, but I’ll try to change the batteries but if that doesn’t work how can I get another one or a refund. And I’m still waiting for things to be delivered but I think, I brought some of the same things by mistake, and if that’s the case I wanna find out how i can return it, other than that everything I brought from y’all is fine, Thanks.

To be honest, i think the zipper isn't going to last long. It immediately started snagging on the material on the inside corner. The same material that holds the zipper.
I have had to burn the shredded part back, but it will continue to do the same.

That this bag is smellproof is total BS. There is gap right where the zipper closes. So literally it becomes a bellow and any time you touch the pouch the air and thus the smell comes rushing out the hole. So easy to completely disprove that it’s smellproof in seconds.
