The comfort offered by the ergohuman chair may be beyond that achievable in any other chair on the market. From the mesh seating that offers breathability, to the carefully crafted neck and back support, it is truly excellent. Added to that are a range of easy-to-use adjustable features such as: the seat slides forwards and back, the armrests may be moved in a whole host of directions and the seat has a nice tilt function. All and all, a wonderful seat for those who spend a lot of time seated while working - especially if at a computer keyboard.

If there was one complaint I could make it would be in relation to the price. I would have liked to get a second seat for my wife but it was unfortunately outside of our price range. Worth the money? I would say a "yes" but only if you can afford one and I suspect that many private purchasers simply could not justify the dent in their wallet. Having said that, if you look at the potential to reduce or remove possible posture and muscular issues (that are inevitable in poorly designed chairs) over the lifetime of the chair (it comes with a 10 year guarantee), then it may well be money that is very well spent indeed.

Good work ergohuman designers!
In case you are concerned that this review is too good to be true, it is not. I have not received any endorsement from ergohuman. I have used many (supposedly good) seats in my career, and this is way ahead of the rest.

The chairs are SUPERB quality. 95% assembled just had to slot last few pieces together. Fit together perfectly.

We ordered unusual colours and should have had a league time of many weeks (as they come from the states I believe) but they had the in stock and we received them the same week.

Utterly delighted, will not use anyone else now (bad experiences with other suppliers).

Still, to this day, the web site boast a 10 year guarantee. I have made a claim on the wheels which delaminated on both chairs purchased. When I made a claim, I was told the frame had a 10 year guarantee, the mesh and castors five years.

I also have a Herman Miller Aero and compared to the Ergo Human, the quality of the Herman Miller is vastly superior. Given the price I paid for each, I would expect a British design and manufacture to beat the yanks. Sadly, not the case.

It's so comfortable, you don't realise you've been sitting as long as you have! It's adjusts perfectly and you can really tell the high quality manufacturing. Bought mine after a friend recommended it and I would back that reccomendation up to anyone :-)

It was easy to order over the phone and was here the next day

Chair arrived quickly as promised.

Extremely good customer service, good quality product and quick delivery. I extremely recommend that you order from this shop. If I ever need another chair, I'll be sure to stop by here again.

Cannot fault the service from Ergohuman. Rapid delivery of a quality mesh office chair.

I do have a couple of minor issues with the chair arm rests moving about too easily but my back has been much better since buying this product.

Ian provided a superb level of customer service and I will not hesitate to endorse both the product and high standard of customer service.

Ergohuman office chair, at first I baulked at the cost but trust me if you have back or posture issues then don't put a price on well being ! This is a superb piece of engineering, totally adjustable in all aspects very comfortable and once set up difficult to sit in incorrectly.it also looks very good. Very pleased !

I experienced a knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and prompt service. First class where nothing's was a problem.

The Ergohuman.net team are friendly, patient and knowledgeable on the phone, then genuinely want to help you once the chairs have arrived.

The chair itself (Ergohuman plus) is a high quality produce with a superb range of adjustments. It even comes with a small CD that includes a video of how to assemble & then set up the chair to suit you.

1 improvement point: it's one of those mini-size CDs, not a normal one, so doesn't load into many modern cd slots. A full size CD would be much better.

We love it! This is a great company! It has very quality products.

Look no further if you are looking for these superb chairs.

Good fast and friendly service but unfortunately on of casters came broken in transportation; replacement was promptly sent though

I ordered by phone as we needed to establish one or two details not online. Very efficient confirmations were sent out and our order arrived on time. We like the chairs so much I just ordered some more and received the same excellent service.
Top marks.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service, great product.

Ergohuman Plus really does offer a lot of adjustability and can be customised for the user to suit the specific requirements. The only downside is that I like to have different settings for paperwork and different for computer work. Would be ideal if one setting could do both (wishful thinking, I know).
