Easy to do. Downloaded no problems, saved to my harddrive, review of the manual indicated no shortages of information, all sections were there and fully populated. Diagrams were a little easier to see than the user manuals we got from the dealer when we bought the machine.
No contact with customer service, did not need to.

Downfall, service manuals have a lot of revisions especially schematics. So the one I got didn't match my tractor 100%.
