Too complicated to use
Too complicated to use, not user friendly. RIA is way better compared to this.
Customer service at ERemit (probably a single person) trying his best but the App and the user interface need so much work!!

It will be nicer if there was an option…
It will be nicer if there was an option to provide some references for transactions. Also sometimes, the rates are a bit lower than the Wise. It would be nice if you could do the same rates. Also in the beginning it would be nicer if you show the total amount credited to the receiver account for a particular transfer, rather than reducing your $3 transfer charge later on next page.
