Incredibly helpful

Incredibly helpful, fantastic service. Seriously couldn't recommend enough. Response to emails and delivery was both really fast.

Fairfax bridle fitting.

I took my horse for a Fairfax bridle fitting. Nicky was ready and waiting in the indoor school and had allowed an hour to spend with us.
She had the main bridle and lots of different sized pieces (cheek pieces/noseband chin straps) in case we needed to swop some. Which was great because my horse had to have a few of these parts.
Nicky had great knowledge of how to fit the bridle and explained the fit as she went. I was comfortable knowing I was in safe hands!
She had to order an extra large browband and this has come into the shop swiftly.
Many thanks to the team at Equitain and Kingswood. Great service.

I went to the Equitain stand at the BD National Championships after all the other retailers did not seem to be that helpful in selling me a riding hat. The Equitain staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. I would definitely use Equitain again as was very impressed with their service.

An Amazingly Smooth Transaction

I ordered from the US to the UK with trepidation. To my surprise, I had a flurry of e-mails (started by the vendor) regarding my order, including shipping options, restrictions and other important issues. My order was a product supplied in a gel form and the vendor helped me navigate how best to ship and determined that the quantity that I had ordered fit within international guidelines.

A knowledgeable horseman, he asked me pertinent questions. The product was shipped out promptly for less than the original estimate, with a very quick refund provided. Unfortunately it was shipped with a signature required, which meant that I had to make a trip to our local post office to pick it up. Not an easy feat with my schedule. It took almost as long for me to get to the post office than it took to arrive from the UK.

A very pleasant interaction all the way around. I will not hesitate to order from them again.
