Tudo correu bem! Demorou para chegar... existiram alguns problemas com transitário para que enviassem a viatura... mas o equipamento finalmente chegou e parece corresponder ao pretendido e conforme o anuncio.

they asked me to make an offer online, but they never came out with a proposal by email, just phone calles, and after i was ready to buy even without propper sevice, they told me they sold the machine to one costumer that came after me... really not professional at all

We tried to contact the reviewer via trustpilot and requested to get his or her contact information, but we did not receive any reply. We have also never been in contact with anyone by the name of Slevin Kelevra. This seems to be a fake review. The comment is also not fitting with the way Equippo works.
Our website offers both a "Buy Now" purchase option and the option for the interested customer to "Make an Offer". All our product information is on our website, we don't work with proposals. Our website is SSL encrypted and the safest way to place an order. Sometimes customers place offers that are not accepted, and sometimes other customers offer higher. We are obliged to sell to the customer with the higher offer. This can perhaps lead to disappointment, however a 1* review does not seem fair towards our team when I consider that we have never interacted with a person by this name and we should not be blamed for a lower offer that is not successful.
They are serious. I had good service and they care about their customers. Machine inspection was honest. This was a small Genie lift.

We bought a mecalac from france with Equippo. Everything went well with transport and machine was as promised, but with minor issues that was later compensated when fixed by local mechanic.
We bought a machine from Germany to be delivered to New Zealand. When it was delivered there were many faults not picked up by the Equippo inspection even though it said they had been checked. We asked for the repairs to be made under their guarantee of no risk to purchase and a money back promise if machinery is not as stated. We spoke with Michael Rohmeder (Equippos CEO) and he promised to reimburse us. One year later they have not paid for the repairs we had to pay for to get it running. Michael does not return any of our calls or emails.
Do not rely on their inspections or guarantees as they wont stand behind them.

Hello Jason. It is true that you purchased a Pronar from us and that we had issues with the delivery. The remote control was lost during transit, by the shipping line, which led to many complications, most importantly a machine without remote control and crane costs at the port.
Firstly, thank you for your business. I hope the machine is working and making you money. We have seen in the communication that the issues were eventually resolved.
Please accept our apologies, again (now that we have discovered this review website). We are very sad that you had an unsatisfactory experience. Certainly, we care about this. We have reviewed what happened at the time, in late 2022 / early 2023. We never could obtain any compensation from the shipping line that lost the remote control in the port, or get paid for any of the claims we filed. We did pay you 3'000 Euro compensation from our pocket, which you did not mention in your review.
With regards to our money back guarantee, we are proud of this policy, it is the most generous policy we know in the market. Buyers can place a written claim within 5 days and receive a full refund, with free return shipping. You decided to keep the machine, so this did not apply. We also do not provide a warranty - this is not the same as our money back guarantee. While we certainly need to deliver machines complete and as described, we don't cover issues that occur several weeks later.
Again, we are very sad it went like this and we apologise for our shortcomings and also on behalf of our shipping providers. Thank you for sharing your experience, it shows we are also not perfect. If you care to speak with Michael, he is still our CEO and he will certainly take and return your call. I've let him know about your review.
