I ordered products from your company. Once I received, I tried them and they were absolutely VILE. Not only did I find this so, but so did everyone in my office. It was funny until it wasn't. Equip Foods has proceeded to charge my card 3 times for these bars (outrageously priced), but I had tried the product and canceled the subscription the first month. I feel they owe me a refund for the items I did not approve. If you value your taste buds, money, and time, STAY AWAY from this company. They will steal your money and won't do anything to make it right. Equip Foods, you should be ashamed.

Do not order from them. They have a scam going and they didn't ship my product.

HORRIBLE. They love to exploit subscriptions. They give you virtually no reminder of a shipment and their link to skip a shipment is broken. When you do manage on their site to figure out how to skip, it skips the NEXT shipment, not the upcoming one. Equip refuses to respond to requests to remove your credit card or to close your account. I deplore their business practices and consider them underhanded.

I ordered two products from Equip. Only one arrived. I’ve contacted the company numerous times over the period of a month using different communication tools including email, chat, and online form submission. I have never been acknowledged. If anything goes wrong with your order, there is no customer service support to make it right.

I ordered what I believed was a single box of protein bars. What wasn't clear at all during checkout was that I was being enrolled in an automatic subscription. The first box arrived, then a second, and the following month I was charged another ~$50 without any clear heads-up.
When I tried to resolve it, I found there's no phone number and no email — the only way to reach the company is through a form on their website. Tellingly, the very first option in their help flow is essentially "Did you get signed up for a subscription without realizing it?" — which tells you how often this happens to customers.
I requested a refund and was told it would go into "refund and review." It has now been over a month with zero response, and I'm stuck with a second box of bars I never intended to buy and don't want. The bars themselves are, in my opinion, not good — but that's secondary to the billing practices.
Burying a subscription enrollment so customers don't realize they've signed up, then making refunds nearly impossible to obtain, isn't acceptable. I'd caution anyone ordering to read the checkout screen very carefully.

I ordered two bags of protein powder for $118.80, pretty pricey. I received a confirmation email that looked legit. Today I received a junk item via USPS/Shopify and realized I had been scammed. The website I used was a dead-ringer, don’t know how I was switched. I notified Equip but they are now ghosting me. I’m disappointed in their customer service, email only option for communication, I had to dispute the charge and cancel my credit card. They should check it out as I will not order again. Buyer beware. Sad times we live in.

TIP: if they also defraud you, then report it to the FTC as well as your credit card company.

Do not order from this company. I tried to cancel an order as soon as I saw an order I didn't want come up because it's been a waste of money. They told me too bad, I had to wait until the order shipped and process a return. Which I processed immediately. I received the item May 3rd and re-boxed it immediately, without opening it. Because they use Fedex (super inconvenient compared to UPS) it took me awhile to get it shipped but they received back to them by May 29th. Never reached out to me, I had to reach out to check the status and found it was rejected "because I didn't process the return within 30 days". Absolutely insane to keep an unopened product they'll likely just resell AND try to keep my money too when I processed the return within 7 days. A company with this low ethics, I can only imagine that their products are not what they seem and I've generally enjoyed their protein.

I placed an order 11 days ago. When I checked the tracking number it said label created. I emailed the company for an update twice and heard nothing back. I won't be ordering from them again.

What happened to this company? No customer line to call. After several attempts at sending them a message via their website with no success, I finally caught their attention on Instagram.
I have been going back and forth via IG Messenger over a discount code that doesn't work (which they gave me to use!). Now they want me to make a purchase and they will refund me the difference. No way!!!

The moment I paid for their product, I was “offered” $20 back, which I accepted. Almost instantly, a site called Shipmentsfree charged my card $25 three times. This was part of the Equipfoods payment process. They are scamming people with this and I am now going to have to kill my debit card because of this unscrupulous company. Do NOT buy from these scammers!!!!

They have AMAZING customer service! Quick responses, friendly, and accommodating! It’s rare to find companies like this now a days!

Wow, received a text from the company claiming that if I ordered and used my HSA/FSA card for purchase, that I would receive 40% off. Great deal, placed the order and got nothing off. Emailed Equip Foods to let them know and all they could say is that it is frustrating but no discount. I provided a copy of the text I received and asked that they process a credit. I was told again that they knew it was frustrating.

I like the product, but that is deceptive advertising, and I refuse to do business with a company acting like that. Plenty of other protein powders out there.
