Had an issue with the quality of some riding tights, but their customer service was excellent. No quibble at all — replacements were sent immediately. Quick, professional and hassle-free service. Would definitely order again.

Sent me something I didn’t order. Told me I was free to return (no apology or recognition that it was their issue). When presented with distance selling law they then sent me a useless mailing label that 2 separate post offices told me would not track my return through the system so if the item got lost I would be out of pocket. I had to pay to track the return. On receipt they didn’t even refund me in full for the item let alone the cost I shouldn’t have had to pay by law to return it - for something that is completely their error. I have never experienced a lack of customer service like this, as a small business owner myself I’d have no customers if I treated people like this! Updated to say that I did eventually receive all funds back to me but in an unnecessary and drawn out process which could and should have been completely avoided.

Winter Thermal Competition Beige Riding Leggings - great warm comfortable leggings, I used them to hunt so they have seen a lot of mud! They wash well, I bought a second pair.

These jods are simply the best out. Hardwearing, super comfy, wash brilliantly. Perfect fit and perfect phone pockets. More colours again, pleeeeeese!!!!

The jods arrived very quickly, but the sizing is odd and I appreciate I am no Twiggy, but I need to have the extra large! I am normally a 12/14, but they come up very small.

Delighted with my new grey breeches. The fit is excellent, fabric very comfortable. Arrived quickly too.

Fantastic company to buy from. The Hunter beige leggings are a beautiful colour, wash really well and look ever so smart with my tweed or navy jacket. My third colour from the brand and won’t be my last!

Lovely idea tweed, but as the other review the material is rather cheap thin fabric. They actually do look nice when worn but I also was rather disappointed with the quality. I did however purchase another plain pair which I have returned quality not an issue but were too big around the knee and too long in the leg. Will however purchase again. Delivery was quick, but have not received my refund as yet.

Ordering was easy and my order arrived promptly! Love the quality and will definitely be ordering again! The only downside is my bank balance!! I want to order it all!! 🤣

Purchased on Eqcouture for the first time recently and love the tweed riding leggings bought, great tip about the size from the company. Very well made and fit perfectly, so much so I am about to purchase a second pair! Take a look at their site, great prices and different products. I will be a regular shopper from now on.

Nice idea to have tweed design, however, the leggings i received were very short in the leg. Would have been nice to have different leg lengths. They were also a very thin, cheap material. I would have returned them but because i waited so long for them to arrive i didn't want to wait again, I have worn them with long socks and long boots to cover up the fact they are about 5 inches too short. I am happy to learn now that they do breeches which may be thicker but i am put off ordering due to the leg length. Delivery took a long time due to them being out of stock and being very popular.

I recently bought two pairs of the sticky bum winter riding tights to replace my previously purchased and very well worn Eqcouture ones that I’ve had for a fair few years! I went for a black and a navy pair, the colours are just perfect and wash so amazingly well. They are just so ridiculously comfortable I often stay wearing them for the rest of the day, and quite often wear them when not going anywhere near a horse! I love the wide waist band that makes you feel supported, and the pockets are just unmatched to any other brand I’ve tried on. The service and delivery was excellent.

What fabulous leggings no grippy on my scars I had a double hip replacement and find other breeches have no or very little stretch. Very very Comfy 5 stars. Highly recommend.

This brand just gets better and better and, in my opinion, is second to none! The quality and customer service is always first class. I have just received my latest order and love them all but the graphite grey and the navy breeches are stunning in the flesh and the sweatshirt is so comfortable to wear and luxuriously soft. I bought my first pair of leggings five years ago at a pop up shop at camp and have been hooked ever since (that first pair are still going strong!).
